Peace be upon you. I bought an electric laser welding machine from this site, but I did not receive it and I did not even find a way to contact them.

I have ordered a welding machine on 09 March 2025 and received parcel/order number 250309222034725. Until today I received nothing.

You are scammers.
What is this? Where is my item and why is the page not working? This is fraud and you will be held accountable for it.

This is such a scam. You don't know that until after you purchase something and then your items or tracking number does not exist. Social media is a horrible place and I will no longer participate!!

This is ridiculous that social media allows these people to scam customers. I ordered and after reading the reviews I probably won't get my items. Unfortunately you do not know this site is a scam until after you have placed the order. I realized after the tracking # says not found.

Oh no I placed an order a week ago and never got an email I will despite that charge through my bank after reading all the reviews I really thought I was actually ordering from chicos not from a damn china website. Hope I can recover my 45.00 bucks.

I ordered from JCPUSA about a month ago. I still havent received my merchandise. My order was $24.92.

Absolutely garbage. Never trust any website that has used this company or related as carriers. Scam guaranteed. Delivered to the wrong PROVINCE and can’t even contact carrier. No updates, nothing. Fully pathetic site. Definitely scammed.

Gotta be based in China. That's where the company I ordered from is. Another useless "tracking site" is 17TRACK. Neither gives a delivery company name beyond CHINA POST which one was pretty good at keeping up with UNTIL it reached the States then jack squat. This site simply tells me NOT FOUND when I try the tracking number. No idea who has the package here in the US. Shame our government won't shut these companies down from taking money for scams. Most powerful country in the world but no protection for consumers.

I was provided with a tracking number that didn't work, despite many emails to the company who I ordered from advising me my order was on its way, it never arrived and I have so far been unable to get a refund, if I could give a minus score I would, avoid at all cost, a complete scam, you won't receive your order or get a refund!

I've been trying for almost a year to get a refund and get responses that they are "a legitimate, honest company". They legitimately and honestly will never give you a refund. The kicker is that my Visa, which is supposed to help protect you from illegitimate businesses, will do nothing to cancel the charge if you don't file a claim as soon as the parcel does not arrive as expected regardless of what Macy says they are going to do with replacing the parcel or sending a refund. After 90 days the credit card company will do little, if anything, and I am sure the scammers know that so try to keep you on the hook until the deadline passes. Keep in mind that every time someone uses their credit card to make a purchase the credit card company gets a cut and we get to pay interest on a purchase we never got. So, 2 scams for the price of one!

I hate that I had to a star. I seen this shop on Instagram. It was saying it was coming from JCP.USA.CA .

I am heart broken by these reviews. I was scammed by Tendty pretending to be from Marks and Spencer's, I only spent about 20 pounds as I thought it's too good to be true. Goddessloverd took my money, they are based in Hong Kong. I did eventually get most of my money back and quickly cancelled my card. Please don't buy from pop up adverts on social media or during game play when adverts pop up.

If you have been scammed by this company, contact your credit card company, explain the situation and they week reverse the charges. They contact the vendor and if they can't prove they shipped and delivered, they don't get your money. Credit card companies always have your back in these situations. Don't let the scammers win!

They don't even get a one from me . Scammers .still waiting for my parcel. I have cameras and there is no sight of them delivering my parcel. Iam the same there is no way to get your money back. Never again. You should be ashamed of yourself to run a business like this

I've been waiting for my parcel which says it was delivered. Definitely not delivered to my address. Only option on tracking page is home 😕

Absolute scam. I have been ripped off by two providers who say they use this delivery business. The first product was lost and the second they said was delivered. It was not. Do not buy on line from anyone using 'tracking654' it is a scam.😡

This is the 2nd time I been caught out with buying stuff on line, t hinking it was coming with DHL and then find out its this stinkin Tracking company yet again. Lesson learnt never purchase anything unless you can do it through Pay pal as they will always tell you it was delivered and there is no way of getting your money back or the goods you paid for
