SCAM! there’s no way to cancel your subscription or delete your account, removed my card details and they proceeded to charge me through 10+ different accounts so my bank couldn’t block them, don’t think they’re a legit company (got no reply from customer service) so be careful using any samples from them.
I’ve been trying to unsubscribe since 6 months, the fact they gonna delete your credits if you eliminate your premium it’s so shady and low, I hope they realise how bad they look

Purchased a premium subscription for 14,99 a month. Got issued 18,14. After contacting Tracklib, an employee (Zadie) wrote that it was their mistake, and that she would refund me. Initially I was happy, thinking they had a great customer service and that they would refund me the difference. Only to find out that she had cancelled my membership all together without asking me anything. So I lost my stuff, and can only re-access it if resubscribe at 18,14 a month. Eh?? Not a great policy, so I’ll be finding my loops somewhere else.
