Whole experience of ordering and fitting curtain rail was easy and looks great!

It isn’t a cheap product but then the quality is very evident. It is packaged better than fragile tech. It comes with all the instructions and parts needed as well as a template. Very impressed.

Excellent customer service. At first we had some issues with the order confirmation and payments taken, etc.... but this was entirely IT related. Once this was sorted the tracks arrived very promptly but somehow the angle was off. I would like to enchant Ruth who went beyond and above to ensure I got the measurements right and the delivery to my convenient timings. Outstanding responsive and helpful, overall a very pleasant and enjoyable customer service.

This company are excellent, ordered online giving the measurements and collected 3 days later, absolutely perfect. went in person to collect and the people could not have been more helpful. Saw some of the more complex bends for different windows and I do not know how they can make these so accurately. Definitely would re uses again.

Ordered made to measure corded track to suit bay window on Sunday evening and received within a week. Sales and customer services excellent in reply to my email questions and help with installation advice.

We had a 3.5metre rail and curtains with a 5.0 metre drop installed in our large hallway. The installer, Michel did an excellent job in an awkward area. The customer service was also very good, answering all our questions and recommending which products to use.
We are very, very pleased with the results.

We wanted a metal track for our bay window with two bends in just under a 4m length. When it arrived it did not fit correctly. There had been a misunderstanding about some of the measurements. However, this was easily resolved over the telephone with Ruth in the Sales & Tech department who could not have been more helpful and the very next day a replacement arrived which is a perfect fit. With customer service like this, I would recommend them every time.

I ordered a track but despite several emails with measurements just kept being asked to check figures which were correct (second time) but seemed unable to make tracks. Eventually gave up and cancelled. Have gone elsewhere with no problem and considerably cheaper.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. There was a minor delay receiving the order confirmation and I thought the delivery charge was a bit high for the items I ordered - but overall a good experience and the customer service team were very helpful when contacted.
