Tracy communicated well throughout the process from buying to receiving our lovely bear. She is very talented at what she does and I wish I had known about her when I lost my dad.

When you first have contact with Tracey, it’s like meeting a really good friend. She has understanding & respect that you are handing over your most precious memories of a loved one. She updates you with the progress regularly.
Tracey made me 3 wonderful elephants for myself, brother & stepdad. We were all blown away by the beauty of the items & the memories they brought back! My youngest even sniffed them to smell Nanny!

I asked Tracy if she could adapt a design so it was more bespoke, she agreed and checked with me on positioning and ear shape and length, there was a bit of a wait but I knew this before I ordered and upon receiving my keepsakes I can see why. They are made to the highest standard and personalised and a definitely a labour of love . I bought 2 as gifts and there was many a tear shed on receipt but also happiness that something so special has been created from my dad's clothes. Thank you Tracy I will definitely recommend you .

Love everything about the service Tracy provides and the end product. She helped guide and support us with our choice and my Mum was so happy with the memory bear she received. Tracy has also managed to keep enough material to make another bear so another on its way for me.

Tracy is so very clever and I have used her multiple times as her work is so good. I have cried everytime a teddy arrives as they mean so much!!

I reached out to Tracy after my lovely Grandpa passed away. I wanted to create something special for my Nana. Tracy went above and beyond, making time to create the most perfect bear in time for Christmas. It was an emotional experience but Tracy was sensitive to this and my Nana absolutely adores 'Grandpa bear'. I chose the dressed bear, so he could be made wearing a shirt and jumper combo, just as my Grandpa did. Thanks for everything Tracy, I will definitely be back!

We have just given our children and grandchildren cushions and bears made by the wonderful Tracy in memory of our beloved mum and dad. They were all delighted with this beautiful keepsake they all received. Tracy was so caring and compassionate nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend her amazing work enough. I knew I would get beautiful quality based on Tracy’s TikTok’s alone but little did I know just how beautiful my keepsake bear would be. Tracy is so kind and quick to respond to messages and you can tell she really does care about every single item she makes and she puts her heart and soul into every single item. My daughter’s keepsake bear is stunning and has brought back so many memories and made us all emotional as we remember everytime she wore those clothes. Tracey has made my experience of buying from her a positive one from the very first day I contracted her, nothing was too much trouble and communication remained great throughout the whole process of sending off my old clothes to receiving my very special monkey 🐒 I loved receiving updates of how my bear is coming along and was able to chose a day for delivery that suited me best. I contacted Tracy to ask if she could make a memory cushion out of my dad’s jumper & shirt. The plan was to give it to my mum as part of her Xmas present following the passing of dad on 1st August. Although it was a bit last minute, Tracy squeezed the order in and I am so delighted with how the cushion turned out and the care taken with dad’s clothing. Tracy couldn’t have been more helpful and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Tracy made the most beautiful keepsake puppies for my twin daughters, they are also weighted to their birth weights too which is amazing.
She used our favourite tiny baby outfits and newborn outfits that our twins wore when they were first born so we can treasure the memories forever.
At first I was soo nervous about dropping off those precious little clothes to someone I had never met before but Tracy made me feel so comfortable and at ease dropping them off to her, she reassured me that the clothes would be kept safe.
Tracy kept me up to date with each step of the way and was always happy to answer any queries I had at any point.

We can’t thank Tracy enough for all of her hard work in creating two beautiful memory puppies myself & my family will treasure for a lifetime. We would definitely recommend Tracy for any special keepsakes you require xx

After my daughter passed away, i wanted something of hers i could keep close. Dee was always very particular about her clothes, she liked to look smart. When i saw Tracys facebook page, i had to think hard. However, reading others reviews and high praise from others about Tracys work, i decided to go for it. Im so glad i did. I ordered 3 different keepsakes, and all 3 are absolutely beautiful. Tracy treated my daughters clothes with respect and made such wonderful use of all the colours and textures. They were all made with pure love as if she knew my daughter personally. Im so glad i decided to trust Tracys Treasured Keepsakes with such an important task. They will truly be loved and cherished forever.

The whole experience with Tracy has been fantastic! She kept me in the loop on the progress and the keepsake dog for my daughter was ready in time for her birthday. She absolutely loves it and it found a special place in her room. I already recommended Tracy to my family & friends and will definitely use her services again. I had three bears made by Tracy for me and my two grandchildren after my husband passed away. The bears are really lovely and made beautifully, and we are all over the moon with them. Its such a loss when you lose a love one and these bears bring a bit of light back into your world again
