Given most people only take the time to leave negative reviews, I wanted to take the time to sing the praises of this business. Besides being bathroom savers after a disastrous experience with another company, their customer service was flawless even down to listening to me while I shared the now laughable experience I had had elsewhere. I ordered at 1pm (Friday afternoon) and our bath was with us by 10am the next morning in time for the plumber to fit the bath and keep the project on track. What I really appreciated was the follow up calls to let me know my order had left the warehouse, and also after I had received it to make sure everything was ok. This sort of customer service is so rare these days. Keep up the great work guys!±

Total waste of time quoted a job with a vanity unit from trade bathrooms found item on google shopping clicked on it tried to buy and it wouldn't let me by PayPal or credit card phoned up the next morning they didn't know why? then said they would email back with PayPal request, when they did it was for over £500 but the price on there site said £219. I phoned up to ask why it had changed and the guy said it was a server error and that is the actual price as it forgot to add the basin unit!! The product was a 1550 wc and basin unit? No offer to lower price and now I have to tell the customer it's double in price overnight. Very embarising will never use again. Ps found very similar/maybe the same unit on amazon for £299 so not sure where they get the £500+ price tag from.

As a local plumber I strongly recommend trade bathrooms to my customers. Not only do I know that the products will be good quality when I come to fit them, but also any problems are sorted quickly with minimal fuss.

Great service from knowledge staff helped me order my new en-suite. Really happy with the products which arrived quickly.

Disappointing customer service, I was constantly promised phone calls back and 95% of the time didn't get a response until I called back. My wife had to do a 40 mile round trip to the delivery depot and unload the bath off a truck herself and put it in the back of her car. Getting refunded was difficult and not what was eventually agreed. Full story below.

I ordered a bath on a Wednesday, the standard delivery charge was £44.99, I paid an additional £10 for next day delivery (£54.99 all together). I spoke with trade bathrooms on the telephone and I was told the delivery will be on the Friday.

Friday came, I heard nothing. I waited until the afternoon and after not receiving anything I spoke with Nick from trade bathrooms, they chased the delivery company and informed me the delivery was being made to my billing address, as apposed to the stated delivery address. They apologised for this and said they have spoken with the firm and guarantee a Saturday delivery.

Saturday came and still nothing arrived. I telephoned the company and was told they could not telephone the depot as their office only runs mon-fri. They told me the delivery would be on Monday.

So Monday arrives, the builders are at my flat anticipating the arrival of my new bath....and nothing arrives. I telephoned the company again, this time it was not the friendly Nick I got through to, but a rather argumentative lady who refused to admit her companies fault in this mess. You cannot blame everything on the delivery company, they received my billing address instead of my delivery address which is your own mistake, and you should not be making promises you cannot keep, if the delivery company is bad then you need to use a different one.

She's now telling me they cannot guarantee a delivery date and there is nothing they can do. After going around in circles I gave up. My wife on the other hand wanted to speak to them. I don't know what happened during that phone call, but she ended up driving 20 miles one way to the delivery depot and loading the bath in to the back of her car.

I spoke with trade bathrooms to get a refund for the delivery costs, after yet again much discussion they agreed to refund half the standard delivery cost and the £10 for next day delivery. I have only received a refund for half the delivery cost, I am still waiting on £10...

Bought a toilet with a soft close toilet seat recently through their website. Even though we had to pay for our product (each product has a code attached which determines if one has to (pay for delivery), delivery was very prompt.
In fact, customer service called and arranged for delivery the very next day. There was a crack n the toilet seat but unfortunately, this was noted nearly a fortnight after delivery. Again a quick call to Customer service, who arranged for delivery of a replacement with no questions asked.
We had bought several of our bathroom products from various websites and came here quite late. The prices were indeed quite competitive and we wished we had stumbled upon their website earlier.
Would definitely have a look here , if I have any requirement in the future.
