Communication could be better

Saw a project bike on their site and sent a message. They came back to me quite quickly and we done the deal. Asked for it to be delivered, was told someone would contact me shortly. Day after agreeing to buy I had heard nothing so phoned them. They were not interested and said someone would contact me. Took over a week to get a text. I tried to phone the text number. Went though to an answer phone. So gave up and texted them. Heard no more to say what I had put was received/was ok. Heard no more for a while then a text arrived to say the bike was going to be delivered next day.
That part went well. A real nice guy delivered the bike.
Bike was just how they said. They are honest. But communication needs work

Bough an e-moto from this company on…

Bough an e-moto from this company on ebay - after a few phone calls they assured me that they had tested the bike and that it was fully operational and road-worthy.
Immediately, upon receiving my bike, I was told that there was "no power" by the delivery driver.
Upon further investigation, there was no keys, no alarm fob, no charger, and therefore no access to the battery or the tank storage.
In short, upon phoning them, I was told that I'd need to sort this out myself.
After numerous calls, no action was taken by the company. They sold me a brick and promptly forgot their promises to get me my keys etc as soon as they hung up on me. It has now been two months and I can't find replacement parts, the bike doesn't start or even fire up and the company .... it's just pointless talking to them. They promised to get me a charger but then just stopped communicating. They promised a refund for parts but I simply don't believe they would actually honour this promise as they clearly just put the phone down and resume whatever they were doing before they talked to you and forget all about it.
They constantly reassured me that the bike had been tested and that the charger would be in the tank storage. I finally got a locksmith to get in there and there was nothing but some replacement indicators .... indicators is the right word ... it indicates that this bike has been electronically tampered with and damaged to the point that the indicators were blown and needed replacing.
Further, the indicators themselves had not been used, suggesting that the original owner might have discovered that over-volting the system might have blown the controller .... in short, they sold me a brick and have ignored me ever since.
This company seem to have good enough reviews on the whole but, it would seem that if you do experience problems, they just ignore you until you give up.
Now, I'm left with what could be a potentially very expensive, complete rewiring of the bike as each time I solve a problem in the chain I find that the next component is also broken or inaccessible.
Again, they reassured me that it had been tested .. so they must have the keys and the charger ... they just can't be bothered to look for them or they are lying. I find it impossible to believe a garage would throw out keys or a charger without seriously investigating what they belong to so .... they've got your money and can't be bothered to actually provide the service ... can't imagine what else could account for such behaviour.
The last time I called, Danny promised that he'd order a new charger and it would be with me within a week .... that was three weeks ago. No charger in sight and no further communication.
Massively disappointed in their service. Will never use this firm again.

MBK Booster Rocket

Saw scooter advertised on ebay and called with some basic questions about the condition and delivery costs. From placing the deposit over the phone to having the 50 dropped off at home was less than a week. Would definitely use this company again for a reasonably priced project.
