A complete joke. This company sends you on a complete goose chase to download your purchased manual of which I was unable to do so. Don't waste your time or MONEY to obtain any manuals from this company. I'm off to place a stop on the payment.

I diwnloaded a manual for my ML280, excellent, so impressed I paid to download the one for my SLK200 kompressor, total failure, and no response from the email link it says to use if you encounter problems. In my experience it'S 50/50 whether you get what you pay for, not good odds, will not use Tradebit nor recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered an online manual for motorcycle, after receiving the download link, I have tried numerous times, but it says link expired.
Tried contacting their email help desk, but my emails just bounce back!

Worst Company ever they should get banned from business stealing money from sellers not reporting all sales some sales they just keep and don't inform you also charging 50% commission omg i started with mark first owner everything was great after he sold company they just started totally stealing money instead 10% commission went up to 50% insane from 3000-to4000 profit it went down to 200$ and i have 80 thousand products listed they just steal your sales don't list your products at this site stay away

They advertised a repair manual that I needed when I searched for it on Google for 14.95. They charged me twice (29.90) emailed a code that did not work and then the company repairsurge.com wanted to charge me again 29.oo dollars for the manual. So now i'm out 29.90 and over draft charges and no manual for a job that I need to get done for my livelyhood. I would not let Windows what ever tradebit uses to try and get all of my info and scam me somemore. I want my money back Tradebit.

Out of thirty purchases I have not had an issue with the purchase. I have had trouble always finding the manual I need. That is to be expected when tradebit relies on material contributions.

What a poor "service manual". Incomplete, I would say it itemised about a quarter of the car mechanical and electrical function, I am no wiser about the functions I bought the product for, I doubt the author has even seen the model he wrote about. As for the illustrations, the service manuals of the 60s were far superior, in fact, the illustrations and supposed photos could not have been worse. I suspect this manual was copied from another manual, but in a hurry.

Attempted to purchase a service manual . Was charged twice and received download link with access code . Clicked link and....nothing . Attempted to contact tradebit , but addresses were returned as undeliverable . Just wanted a manual .

my exclusive right beats were stolen from tradebits.de and I didn't get any money.

These geniuses will sell you third party manuals and then claim that they didn't receive your payment. So, if the manual is bad you have to deal with some unknown vendor to whom you didn't intend to pay and they will happily get off the picture!
Don't give business to these fraudsters!

7 days ago I bought a product from tradebit.
When I returned to the download page to leave bad a review because Manual was with missing pages. I was VERY surprised that SOMEONE had already LEFT a 5 STARS review instead off me!

Am a merchant.50% from total sales sold is very expensive.Am wondering why they claim to charge 30%,which is not the case.

Illegal bad copy of Haynes Volvo V70 & S80 Owners Workshop Manual. And they are not return my money.

As a merchant user I got the painful experience with this eCommerce platform. The authority of tradebit declare they will charge 30% of total sales amount from every item of sellers store but actually they are charging more than 55% from sellers sold item. It is clear cheating and they are just blood sucker!

Tradebit ripped me off. Gave my money from mycard and the pages just flipped around and never sent me my repair manual for 1994 arrowstar minivan. And there's no way to contact them. If you don't think this is useful trade it, getting ripped off for 14$ wasent real useful to me.

I wanted to update my review of this company since they did an outstanding job of taking care of my issue and ensuring I received the correct manual I paid for. I appreciate the quick response and am very happy with the purchase.
