We are very hesitant people, but trade centre uk were all very accommodating to our changing decisions. When we have problems about the car, they helped us no question asked, non judgmental and just helpful. Overall, we had a great experience! Would recommend to others!
Great service from the team
Dangerous
Jordan was really helpful. However his collegue lied to me and put my life at risk.
I've been out right lied to by a salesman about both the ecoboost wet belt concern I raised as well as the "brand new tyres" promised. The rear tyres were both from 2018 and cracking severely rendering them critically unsafe.
I was assured that the wet belt problems only concerned mileage, but a quick google search proved that to be false too. The belts need replacing after 6 years or 80,000 miles to be clear. The car is 8 years old. Not to mention the rear break light warning light that came up after the tires had been replaced...
My rear right tyre burst on the motorway today, and by shear luck I managed to safely pull in on the hard shoulder.
*UPDATE - they are currently attempting to refuse the return of the faulty vehicle. Consumer rights act 2015 states I am fully entitled to the return the vehicle if faulty.
I will continue to update the progress of the case.
Bad Trading
First of all, I want to state if I knew back then what I know now about the trade centre myself and my partner would have not bought/financed a car from these cowboys.
I want to start off saying, staff at both Wednesbury and Coventry, before sales seem to be very willing to help, but also very pushy to provide a car that's not roadworthy.
They get you to fill out a trust pilot review whilst going through finance and I can guarantee you you regret that you ever bought a car.
We visited Wednesbury branch back in March 2026, they showed us maximum 5 cars, which led us to a car that we were promised a test drive that didn't happen, within the first week after purchase there was an issue with the clutch, we took the car to Coventry After sales as this was closest for us, we rejected immediately as this was there at point of purchase and we didn't want the risk of repairing said car for more issues to flag up. We didn't want this one BAD experience to let us down.
Coventry After Sales, seemed to be very understanding, we stood our ground of how they supplied us with unsatisfactory goods and a car that was not fit for purpose. They accepted rejection, which led us to go through their unwind from the 1st vehicle to the 2nd one, this one after 3 months was taken to a third party garage for a full service which also led to the discovery of a timing belt fault they stated the belt was cracked, sump would need cleaning. So we went back to Coventry After Sales where it took us 3- 4 weeks of back to back emails, visits to branch, and phone calls to push for repairs to be done, weve had the car back 1 week within that week we took it back to the third party who flagged up another issue/fault. We want to reject the car as we can almost guarantee more faults will be found. Now we know trade centre have already used their one chance to repair they are trying to get us to allow them again the chance to repair it. Which we will NOT allow!
Have your wits about you& don't be fooled by their kindness!
Bare in mind, our experience started the 17th March 2026- 24th July 2026 and it's still on going, they say cars are checked and fit for purpose this is false. Also their check lists are falsely documented as we have proof from both vehicles!
Trade centre should be absolutely investigated and shut down!
(We know the trade centre will delete this, as we know they don't like bad reviews)

Around Great Experience and a New Car Taboot!
I wasn’t even intending to purchase a car that day! The sale persons was very in tune not too pushy, listened and understood my requirements! This led me to my perfect car upgrade! The manager manage to get me a close enough price for my trade in car too!
Great service from all staff especially Mo and Millie
Great service from all staff. Millie was really friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. She didn't rush us at all and gave us space to look around, then was helpful talking to us about the cars we wanted to know more about. Then when we can through to Mo, he was also very friendly and patient, making sure we got the best deal, even though it meant him going back and forth with the finance team. Really good service from all.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience – serious problems with the vehicle and a long, stressful rejection process
I purchased a 2021 Vauxhall Crossland 1.2 Turbo from Trade Centre UK. Within a very short time after the purchase, the vehicle developed serious mechanical problems.
The vehicle subsequently required major engine-related work, including an engine replacement. After further issues arose, the vehicle was returned to the dealership for inspection. The vehicle was then kept by the dealership for a significant period of time while the rejection process and internal assessment were being dealt with.
Throughout this process, communication was frustrating and I often had to chase the dealership for updates. I was also unable to obtain a courtesy vehicle, despite being without my car for a significant period and needing transport for work and my children’s school journeys.
My rejection was ultimately accepted, but the dealership then proposed deducting £841.40 from my refund for “fair use mileage”. I disputed this deduction because of the serious mechanical problems, the significant time the vehicle was unavailable to me, and the considerable inconvenience and additional transport costs I incurred.
The dealership has maintained that the deduction cannot be waived, meaning I am being left financially out of pocket after purchasing a vehicle which developed serious mechanical problems shortly after purchase.
This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I expected a much higher standard of vehicle quality and customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership and I would advise potential customers to carefully consider the level of after-sales support available if serious problems arise after purchase.
