My experience has been really good today staff have been extremely helpful and choosing a car explaining things. Really friendly staff.

Very helpful and informative did not expect to have driven away with a car on the same day! Very pleased and delighted, Adam was a star salesman and even let me follow him all the way back to my house cos i was nervous after having not driven for years! I got home safely even in rush hour traffic! 👍💁‍♀️🙏

Lovely staff (Max and Craig) but having been quoted over £3,000 trade in on line ahead of visiting Trade Centre when it came to purchasing, sales team would only offer £850. Over 2k verified offer from two other, local garages. Requested to speak to the manager Jay, he refused to come to speak to me. Very poor customer service from the management team. Whist you anticipate a slight reduction, only cowboys would take this as an approach.

Salesman asked what we were looking for and tried his best to make it happen . All the staff were very helpful and explained everything perfectly.

We purchased a car from Trade Centre UK in Rochdale on 3 October. Within days, the car developed serious faults, it was unsafe to drive and the car had to be put on a recovery vehicle and sent back to the garage.

We formally rejected the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nearly two weeks later, we are still waiting for a resolution and our money back.

We have repeatedly phoned and emailed, raised a formal complaint and even visited the branch to speak to the manager. We were told the case had been escalated to senior management and that we would receive a response, but promised callbacks never materialised. We were not even given the name of the person handling our case or a clear timescale. We were also promised a copy of the complaints procedure, which never arrived.

Meanwhile, Trade Centre UK has our money and the car, leaving us chasing for answers and dealing with the inconvenience and additional costs caused by buying a faulty vehicle.

The lack of communication, accountability and urgency has been extremely frustrating. When you spend a lot of money on a car, you expect it to be fit for purpose and, if something goes wrong, you expect the dealer to deal with it professionally.

The after-sales experience has been appalling. We simply want our full refund and a proper response. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to look carefully at how it handles problems after the sale, not just how it treats you when you are buying the car.

I was given a 7 day PX valuation and asked head office if this would stand and not be chipped away at like we buy any car do on arrival. I gave true description of my vehicle and was offered £5480. When i arrived at the centre in Rochdale they told me my car was only worth £2000 because it exceeds 70000 miles and they can't retail the car which is utter rubbish because they have plenty of cars for sale that have over 70000 miles on them. I felt deceived and insulted after a 40 mile round trip which wasted my time and money. Be very aware of how you approach this set up and don't be fooled by false promises...oh and don't expect the cars to be available that you see advertised...🤬🤬🤬
