My order was placed 17th May and still not delivered.
I will update once item finally arrives.
Cs told me dispatch were given details and will call me.
No call, then cs email me the next day saying will be delivered today, they will text me when on the way ,we’ll no text and you guessed right, still hasn’t shown up.
Been 3 weeks waiting now

Purchased a solar system and 6 months later it is still not complete and they are avoiding communication.
Do not recommend.

I bought a significant amount of furniture from Trade Depot on 19 May 2026, and specifically called the head office to ask if they could deliver to my new address, as I was moving across the country and needed furniture there by the correct date for us to move in. I have been sleeping on the floor and with an empty house since that date and I am still waiting for delivery of the bulk of my order. After several phone calls, I was told they escalated my delivery, and I am still waiting. Tonight will be the 5th night that my kids and I are sleeping on the floor due to no furniture delivery as promised. This is just totally unacceptable service.

Weeks with no delivery update. Tickets unanswered. A completely pointless "delivery estimate" that just constantly moves back in time.

I guess I found out why the prices are so good - they obviously have no budget whatsoever for customer service or a decent delivery network.

Buyer beware!

If I could leave no stars I could.
Ordered a couch, chair and ottoman on 3rd March for my son and his partner for their first home. They were to be delivered to my address as we had a truck booked to help them move and we were going to take the furniture with us. Ottoman came within a few weeks but then the pain started.
They were moving on April 4th so when it was apparent that neither the couch nor the chair were going to come in time after multiple contacts to Trade Depot I arranged for the furniture to be delivered to their new address. The date for delivery kept getting pushed out.
Contacting them either via phone or chat is painful and slow. Each time reassured that I would have an email confirming date for delivery by the end of the day, never received the email.
Couch was delivered on 22nd April to our address - contacted Trade Depot to come and get the couch to take to my son’s address. I am still waiting for that to happen with no comms to date. I have moved it at further cost myself.
The chair finally arrived 28th May (3 months after the initial order) and you guessed it - to my address despite after the first problem with the couch being reassure multiple times that the delivery address had been updated.
Shocking service, has been so stressful. No apology from Trade Depot, communication with them is appalling. Not worth it!

If I could give less than one star I would! We ordered a dryer on 23rd April and paid. And now over a month later we still have not received it or any indication of when it will be delivered! Numerous enquiries have proved fruitless. We will not be using them again.

Really bad at responding to customers.
Have sent multiple emails about an oven that was ordered and was meant to arrive over 5weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Was meant to arrive with in two weeks of the order.
The worst bit is that they don't respond!!!
No response by email. Even when I managed to get through by phone after 10 minutes on hold, followed by another 10 minutes on hold after quick chat with staff. After promising they would find out about the whereabouts of the oven then email me, still no response or email! I have no idea when or if the oven will ever arrive! So I will cancel and ask for refund. I would suggest not using this company unless you like getting the run around, no responses to customers and enjoy the stress of missing expensive items!!

Ordered online, great communication regarding the order, picking of product, sending it and then delivery. Very satisfied.

I've bought from them 7 times, and the same thing happened every time: they sell products they don't have in stock, customer communication is awful, they always make incomplete deliveries with missing items, they don't know who delivered them, they don't know how they sold them, for refunds you have to call 6 times or more, the customer service representatives have no idea what they're doing, products are broken, pray you receive all the products or you'll never receive anything again.

I would not recommend buying from Trade Depot. We received a bath that arrived damaged, with both a hairline fracture and a broken side panel. Although the company has acknowledged that the bath is faulty, we are still waiting weeks later for it to be collected and refunded.
Trade Depot has sent three different delivery drivers to collect the bath, but each time the driver advised they would return once the truck was empty — and then never came back.
Communication from customer service has been extremely poor. It has been very difficult to get a clear answer about when the damaged bath will actually be collected, and the lack of follow-through has made the whole process frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
