Scam artist. They do not provide any sound legal filing of your teademark and assure objection arise from USPTO and each objection they charge more. One guy Michael never gives straight answer.

Trademark refusals are often procedural and, in this case, were tied to domicile address requirements mandated by the USPTO. Despite multiple follow-ups by our attorney, the required domicile address was not provided in time, which unfortunately prevented us from submitting the necessary responses before the government deadlines.
While we understand the frustration that can arise when a mark receives multiple refusals, our records indicate that our attorney offered to respond to one of the refusals at no legal cost—despite the initial incorrect information being provided. We remained ready to proceed once the correct address was provided, and we regret that we did not receive further instructions from your side to finalize the filings.

I've used Tradelarkia for six or seven TM applications. We've been successful with all of them, even getting registrations on ones that started out somewhat doubtful.
