I was truly pleased and pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call because the e mail address I provided on line was not accepting Trademark Bureau's response e mail. This was to check if I would like the information sent to another e mail address. In this day and age of Technology as it is, no personal care anymore, I found this very impressive and going the extract mile.
The information provided was also very help full and detailed.
