Deceptive practices on 60-day refund policy
UPDATE: After a week of arguing with the seller, writing 2 negative reviews, filing a ClickBank complaint, and refusing to do any further business with Tradeology, I was finally able get a full refund. I am not going to change my rating because I had to fight to get that refund, instead of them just honoring the refund policy that they listed on their sales page. They tried to offer me another product for a $499 one time price instead of the $299 + $99 per month price, but then I would be out $600 if that product didn't work and I knew I wouldn't be able to get a refund so I wasn't going to take that chance after this experience. In the end, Tradeology is still going to lose for trying to screw me over because I am investing a significant amount in another program that Tradeology is promoting, but I will not do it under their affiliate link now, so it is going to cost them a significant amount in commissions; they will lose out on earning thousands all because they tried to screw me out of $102. Integrity is everything and when a seller offers a refund, they need to refund you the first time that you ask and without any hassle.
On October 3, 2021, I purchased a Forex System called Profigenics from Tradeology.com for $7 that came with a 60-day ClickBank refund policy. Then I was offered and purchased Profigenics Pro for $97 as an add-on. They showed me a video and then I clicked the box to purchase the add-on. There were no additional terms listed on the order form for Profigenics Pro, so I made the assumption that both Profigenics and Profigenics Pro had the same refund policy of 60-days. I gave the product a try and it did not work for scalping; I lost 24 out of 25 trades. On December 28th, I contacted the seller and asked for a refund of both products and they refunded only the $7 product and told me that the $97 add-on was non-refundable. That was not disclosed anywhere on the sales page or on the order form. They deceptively market the product so that you think you have a 60-day refund policy on everything. They are marketing a product that they know does not work, but when you want a refund on everything because it doesn't work, that is when the seller tells you that the $97 add-on product is non-refundable. This is a scam that they are running to swindle their customers out of $97 and only refund the $7 part of your order. What is worse is that ClickBank knows what these sellers are doing to scam customers and they allow these products to be sold on their platform. Beware of Tradeology's low price offers because they will scam you when you request a refund for the add-on because they deceptively do not disclose that the terms for the add-on product are different than what they advertised on their sales page. Tradeology is an affiliate for multiple software packages and some of them run as high as $299 before any add-on product. In addition, this company is emailing me about 14 times a day with sales offers. I would stay away from Tradeology; they seem to lack integrity. I believe that it is their intention to scam the same customers who trusted them enough to purchase their products. If a customer tells you that a product doesn't work, it is good practice to just refund the money. If they had, I would be making an entirely different review even though the product didn't work for me. I may be of no value to Tradeology, but hopefully, those who read this will find value in my experience with Tradeology. Integrity is everything to me.
