I would highly rate this company. Jordan was professional and efficient. He found us a suitable candidate within 2 weeks. The successful candidate has now been working for us for a month and has been amazing and exactly what we were looking for.

Jordan found me a placement well suited to what I needed on a PAYE role after stepping away from being self employed.
9months later I'm still happy, all thanks to Jordan for finding me this role i would never have come across otherwise.

I’ve been dealing with Trade Recruit for just over a year now and they have placed 5 staff in my organisation (2 electricians, 2 solar salesmen and a solar installer). So far we have 100% staff retention so it’s looking good! I speak with Jordan and Tyler on a regular basis and they really understand my business and the type of candidates that will be a good fit. Sometimes it can take a month or two to find a candidate, but most of the time they find someone within 2 weeks. It’s a 5 out of 5 score from me.

After spending a few months myself running job adverts trying to find the right people to join our team; it just seemed like a never ending battle. Unqualified applications kept pouring in and I had no recruitment strategy behind me to keep on top of it regardless.
