Dear People who also got scamed by TraderUr!

I had the same experience with traderur. But does anyone know how to get out propperly out of it and stop it.

I lost some money too but how can I delete my account? Do I have to?

I just requested to delete my account via email to their support. Is that sufficient to stop that?

Please share your experience here, I and maybe others will appreciate that!

No No No never deposit in TraderUR. They are Fake companies and guys call you from unknown number and once they ring, it will take 15 sec to hear their voice. I have invested $250 and a guy name tomste.turoffices.com ranged me every now and then. Told me to invest more if you want more returns. I tried to withdraw $100 for test run and it never reached my account. Please dont ever invest in these kind of fake websites. I got into TraderUr website while i was registering in another website and started getting calls from 1000's numbers and day and night. Can anyone help me to withdraw my money from their account please. thank you.

I have just been contacted by another victim of this scam. They found me on Facebook and sent me a message asking if I had written my review. The person in question is going through exactly what I went through. Being put under pressure to deposit more and more money. Traderur have said that my review is fake. It is not fake. I am Mia Kiki Davidson, I live in the UK, if anyone else needs my back up please contact me. Let's get together and stop these people.

I signed up and immediately got a phone call on Manchester no.Lauren Adams were trying to get me to deposit the minimum was £250, but she kept telling me if I want to make more then I should put a lot more in, she asked me my job, but didn’t understand what a foster parent was, I asked don’t they have them from where you are she said no. Alarm bells started ringing , my bank luckily stoped the £250, then I came in here, the next day she phoned again on a different Manchester no. and was nice to begin with and wanted me to activate my account bu putting the deposit down, then I told her the bank had stopped it and were investigating she said she deals with our bank all the time , actually she had no idea who my bank was. Even though previously she had asked but I hadn’t given her the details. She started to get really aggressive, I asked who she thought she was having a go at when I have been on trust pilot and seen the comments and the bank says no, she was just arguing. I put the phone down . So please DONT PART WITH YOUR MONEY . I also feel , but maybe wrong the good comments are false and probably work for the company , don’t be fooled

Started getting calls moment I singed up on their website. I asked first 3 callers to call me after 2PM as I was busy & need to think and evaluate them.Have been in stock market & out of tough habit I do not make hasty decisions. In short time received another couple of calls which literally annoyed me. I told caller to stop calling me I have dropped the plan as while I made due diligence I came across only negative reviews that you guys are scammer. & now that caller is upset that I don't want to invest with them cus I think they are scammer and I have read fake reviews. I stood on my words and later got in heated argument after which caller said...we will delete your data and not call you back.
**Do not fall for anyone (like TraderUR) who pushes you to make investments or tries to compel you to make hasty decisions, never go with them. They are just in hurry to Rob your hard earned money.

I know by trading in forex there is always a risk in it .... but this broker ( i did not want to mention his name, if he got the conscious he will know ) he keep insist and make a very promise and guarantee that this position will let me earn a lot of profit and lot of his customer earn a lot of money from it... like in the afternoon time i saw the price of this position is a bit weird and wanted him to call me back as i need to ask him what is the next steps but he did not call me back instead he call me after the position had stop..... and i lost a lot of money becuz of him .....

is this the way they treat customer ? say nice and sweet words to them when they want customer to deposit money in the trading account and promise them this position will earn them a lot of money ..... in the end customer wanted to find them they just disappear and after the customer had lost money and they call and apologize and say all sort of reason or excuses.....

please in this way , i will never trust any of the broker in this company.... want money they will have sweet talks , so when the customer is in trouble they just leave the customer alone and after that come back with an aplogize attitude .....

As soon as you request withdrawal, your money disappears.
Every bad review on here is true. Harassed to deposit more and more money, managers promise to call but never do! I can also provide names of so called “managers”.
DO NOT TRADE WITH TRADERUR.

I opened a trading account with TRADER UR following an ad I saw on Facebook on Bitcoin. I did not delve into the name of the company and did no research before because 750 pounds did not justify such an effort.
After I opened the account, I was told that I would receive a call from a senior investment adviser for up to 48 hours. Amazingly, within two hours, a very senior and professional investment advisor called me. You could see the great knowledge this young man has. In our second conversation, the senior adviser showed me the types of accounts that the company has to offer. I did not want to start directly at GOLD because it felt a bit wrong to start investing this amount (£ 10,000) when I was inexperienced. So I chose to deposit only 5,000 pounds.
We started to work and things flowed in a very pleasant and profitable way. One day I wanted to enter my trading account, and I came to this site of reviews through GOOGLE, which I have not checked before.
I read the reviews on the site, and although it felt a bit extreme, I decided not to take a risk, I explained it to my senior adviser and asked to withdraw my money immediately. He understood and respected my request, despite his many efforts to create a special financial plan for me, following the small amount I wanted to invest. and so it was. The senior adviser even insisted that I take the 1290 pounds I gained.
My funds arrived back within 2 business days.
Yesterday I asked to continue working with my investment advisor, and even within the framework of the GOLD account with which I refused to begin. After I realized that the reviews really did not represent my personal and private experience in the company.
The company has a dedicated and dedicated customer service team that meets almost every hour, and I have never felt deceived in any way.

I wish I had read these reviews before I came anywhere close to TraderUR.
I ended up losing thousands of dollars after being sucked in with all their BS.
If anyone requires names I am happy to put them all forward, as I have them available.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE REQUESTED 100% WITHDRAWALS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.

Hell will freeze over before being able to withdraw your funds and close your account or you’ll lose the lot to bad trade advice, which ever comes first!

Even after saying that I don't want to open any trading account with them, they keep calling me even after I said remove my phone number and email from your list. This is a real SCAM company. I need a way to raise very serious complain against them.

They call several times a day. After all the times I have asked for deleting my data and not calling, they always prefer the credit card number. please be careful of these cheaters.

Total scam just lost $$$ on a bad trade they recommended on Gold as I was requesting to withdraw some funds to pay back a credit card.

They constantly want more funds put into account starting at $250 then 1 or 2 K then 5 k to make better trades then more to be VIP or platinum

Telemarketing scam

Never signed up yet they keep calling asking me to 'activate my account'.

They promise a lot. But there is no real system behind there advice. The deals often are bad, to late or plain stupid. By lack of knowledge and experience i found out to late that they are after my money and not working to get me a profit. They promis to call back they don't etc.... Extremely difficult to get refund from your own deposit. When i talked to Mastercard they warned me not to do business with this platform. The money you deposit goes to Nigeria.Stay away from this people is my advice

SCAM!!

This company is good at one thing and that is telling lies. They will pester you with phone calls until you sign up and then the lies begin about financial freedom. They are a bunch of reckless thugs that promise everything but deliver nothing. They set your stop loss and take profit always to their advantage. They will pester you with phone calls until you sign up with them and then are not available to take calls when you have a concern or worry about your money. It is impossible to get your money back. If you raise a concern about Trustpilot, they say that they are bribing kids in the ukraine to write false reviews!!!!!! By the way I am no kid from the ukraine!!

Also note, their is no address on their emails and phone calls can originate from Birmingham, Manchester, Finland or anywhere.

These people of Traderur have no clue what they are doing. They try to win your trust as if they are top professionals, but the fact is they take irresponsible high risks with your money in order for them to make the highest commission. In my case they promised me a maximum risk of not more then 150 Euro but the reality was that they blew the 1500 Euro within 3 weeks.
In the beginning I didn’t understand what they where doing and that should have been a warning for me not to go along with them, but they have smooth talk, appeal to your desires and act if they know.
The first trade, in my case my account manager Mike Hunter put in made a profit of 7 Euro which was a joke if you consider that the trade was put in on the platform with the condition: take profit.
Then the next 2 trades, one week later, after I added another 1000 Euro on the account immediately went completely wrong big time. One trade was on Euro/Dollar currency, which made loss immediately. The other trade on Dollar/Japanese Yen was put in on an amount of 80.000 Dollar. How can you put in a trade on 80.000 Dollar if the account has only a around 1500 Euro and you promised a risk of not more then 150 Euro. This is completely irresponsible and insane!!!
Later he puts a trade on Goldspot, he says to correct the whole thing. Proofs he puts in a trade with the command ‘take profit’, that after half an hour takes a profit of 20 Euro.
What kind of trades are this? Their platform doesn’t have the possibility of a history where you can see the trades back. If you go to professional platforms like Binance you see the history of the trades you made. Now I understand why they don’t have this option, because in this way they don’t need to expose their irresponsible and risking trades. If you are lucky you win and you may even write a positive review, and if you have bad luck like me you lose all your money in no time.
Mike Hunter wrote me an email later on where he tells me this is just part of the financial business and I have to deal with it. He excuses him with this sentence: Many lose money in the financial market. I know Mike Hunter, but why then do you guarantee a risk of not more then 150 Euro and blow 1500 Euro in 3 weeks with irresponsible high risk trades??! The fact is they don’t care about you and gamble with your money.

After consulting the families advisors, such as bank and attorneys,
I have been told I were exposed to a scam .
I got in touch with TraderUR through a link on an article by a recognized Danish CEO.
The article referred to Cryptoeconomy. I was contacted by a Mr. Antonio Fontana (AF), an immensely eloquent person who persuaded me to cooperate with TraderUR, convinced me that the VIP stage was the most optimal route to a reasonable profit.
An action plan was sent to me which seemed reasonably sensible and the combination of the plan
(see annex) and the combination of the eloquence of the AF and my naïve future dream paved the way to continue.
AF explained to me that the transferred amounts were still in an account that completely belonged to me, just in another bank, and I could only in the worst case lose 5% on a deal. The first transfers were made via TransferWise which, however, at some point asked me for an indication of what the transferred money was to be used for. AF said I did not have to take care of this because as he put it "we shall not use them anymore", after which the remaining transfers were made through CurrenceFair, which is also put on the case.
At first, it looked promising, there were revenues that exceeded THE VIP plan, so just before Easter I was contacted by a David Kovac (DK), (FA ́s broker?) He guided me on the computer to several FOREX trades,
Through SCREENLEAP he could guide me to the "right" dispositions, and in the end he said that we had now completed Step1 and he would "be in touch". Now there was a sudden silence from both AF and DK, but I could now see that my balance very quickly became less and less. Then I finally got a phone call from AF, which informed me about the danger my money was in, but they could turn it all if I transferred 6000 euros to TraderUR, I had absolutely no plans, because now even I could see that this is a scam.
Finally, I have been contacted by TraderUR ComplianceTeam, Mr Victor Hess, who immediately informed me that I should not send money, but that they would reestablish my account, and now there is suddenly 3300 euros on my balance, an amount that I do not know about.
I have notified Sage to the Police Department of Financial crime, and have put a lawyer on the case,

Do not use this company.. I've been trading with this company and put in a withdrawal request for some of MY MONEY. On the 14th of April 2019. It is now the 3rd of may 2019. And they keep telling me it's still prosesing... I have phoned e-mailed etc etc still no joy...
