Do not spend money with this company's service. I bought a vacuum and encountered an issue with the charging base. They informed me the base, which charges the battery, is considered an accessory and that they cannot assist me with my problem. It was a waste of money.

Brand New Small Company, dealing with arts and crafts and needed supplies. Found these guys and the rave reviews so thought I would give them a go.
At first was extremely pleased with them. Quick and Friendly.
After I had learnt that the owing to me for products was delayed I immediately contacted Tradesquare. This was around 1 week before the invoice due date. They said they would make note of it on the file. I was then paid, but underpaid. So I recontacted them and informed them that there was a further delay as I had not received the correct amounts.
I have emailed them the progress as I am made aware of it. Today I got a call from a gentleman, James or John? Unsure as I was in the middle of something and did not quite catch it. I informed it that I was informed that it would be hopefully this week, which I relayed to him. I told him the same thing I have told all that I have spoken to, as soon as the monies hits my account it will be paid.
Sitting here and my phone rings. I do not answer it outside of business hours, its them AGAIN! Because I did not answer, they called again. Still not answering outside of business hours folks.
Then my email notification goes off...3 reminders in a row!
Just wanted to warn any other new business's make sure you have the funds in your account to immediately pay these guys, otherwise your inbox and phone will continuously be going off with their emails and phone calls.
I am getting around 4 calls a day and 3 emails in relation to this
