Breach of guidelines
Withdrawals are very slow .
Withdrawals are very slow .. Actually this is my first experience with Taurex and I can't still believe mobile money withdrawal method which Shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to be executed is taking days for me to actually receive my funds.. At this moment I still haven't received my funds.
Secondly, I can't create a standard account if my deposit is less than $100 this makes it very difficult for me to experience tight spreads..is so frustrating most especially for traders who can't afford more than $100 . Please if you can do something about these problems it will improve our trading experience so greatly..Thank you

We aim to process our payments instantly, but we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our mobile payment providers in the African region. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, our clients are promptly informed about potential delays in their client area when processing withdrawals and are offered alternative payment methods that may better suit their needs. We will diligently follow up to complete your withdrawal.
Regarding account specifications, we do offer a special account in the African region for clients who wish to deposit less than $100, which you are already benefiting from. This account has very similar conditions to the standard accounts. If, for any reason, you prefer to have a standard account without a minimum deposit of $100, please submit a support request via your client area and our team will guide you through the process.
