Extortionate return charges.

Please be aware to return goods, you are charged 25% restocking and have to return at your own cost. Delivery was timely however the product did not suit our purpose and cost of returning item has meant it was not worth the bother.

Hi again Ruth, as per our telephone conversation, these are the terms stated clearly on our website. The 25% re-stocking charge is industry standard and imposed on us by the manufacturers whom we work with. As a small business, we are unable to soak up these charges ourselves but we are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.

good price, arrived at speed so pleased they had in stock and that they really did (so many firms saying its in stock and then you have to wait weeks)

Excellent service

Excellent service. I received an order confirmation, a despatch notification, and my order was delivered in robust packaging, in perfect condition and on time.

I can't recommend enough

I can't recommend enough. I needed some specialist items at short notice so I rang trade washrooms and spoke to Craig. He was really helpful and went above and beyond, speaking to the warehouse to put together exactly what I needed and got it dispatched in super quick time. It was delivered within 24 hours. They seem like lovely people too. Thank you.

Great UK company!

Great company to deal with. Although I ordered on their website, the team followed up with an email which is a nice touch and gives you the confidence your order is looked after. Easy website to navigate, good choice and super quick delivery. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!
