While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

9/28/26 update

9/28/26 update
Tradey now has a new platform that you have to implement yourself by going in the windows vpn you are required to use and making the entries yourself following instructions. The statement that all you are required to do is make sure your Ninja acct is connected is not accurate. You have to implement the algo and choose from a few algos they have. Maybe you choose the loser algo, they just make them available and take no responsibility for the performance of the acct you choose. You also have to maintain a quantvps acct ($130 monthly) and Ninja brokerage acct ($12 plus per trade charge)

9/3/26 update
From the inception Tradey techs have been logging into my Ninja acct to tweak the algorithm and attempt unsuccessfully to improve it. Yesterday I requested a change to the number of contracts to reduce the daily loss threshold. I was advised that I should make the change myself on the algo, probably to invalidate the 1 year promise of refunding the $12,000 sign up fee. I have seen posts responding to customer complaints citing changes made by the client that invalidated the warranty.
I am not an Algo programer. That's what we purchase when we sign up for the service. They provide the Algos that should perform satisfactorily.

Results are abysmal. Down 10% in one month
I was asked for more details.
Below are my actual day to day results on Ninja Trader, the platform Tradey uses. Btw, Bryan Fuentes, the owner will reply with unsubstantiated statements that obviously do not bear out by looking at the results below. I followed the advice of the tech support team at every step. I have evidence of that from my communication with them.

Initial investment - $34,400
Trades from July 27 to today
July 27 - loss $55
July 28 - loss $55
July 29 - loss $290
July 31 - gain $150
Aug 3 - gain $150
Aug 5 - loss $750
Aug 6 - gain $150
Aug 7 - gain $150
Aug 10 - gain $150
Aug 11 - loss $750
Aug 13 - loss $451
Aug 14 - gain $300
Aug 17 - gain $170
Aug 19 - loss $156
Aug 20 - gain $300
Aug 21 - loss $450
Aug 23 - loss $451.50
Sept 1 - loss $455
Sept 2 - loss $450
Winning trades 42.31%
Result to date - loss of $3,007 about 10%
I can provide screen shots of my account if it is allowed in this platform
Some days the system goes down, and there are no trades. That's a good thing, you don't lose money. They blame it on someone other than themselves and state that you missed out on "gains"
If you have knowledge of any other platform I can use to post my results I will consider it.
I hope this helps you make a decision. Bryan Fuentes will reply with some hyperboles and past performance statements. These are actual results.
