Support has been great so far.

I am just setting up and prepping some campaigns to go live a few weeks. I have not even made my first deposit. I have already reached out to support a few times with some questions. Each experience has been great and I get my questions resolved through chat. Francis has been a great support.

The representative Francis is good, besides the platform is not, the chat usually broke and it cuts the communication, Why is so hard to activate a campaign? it shouldnt be!

Excellent tech support from Francis in Chat

Chat support from Francis was very helpful in setting up my account (payment for funds, ads questions, etc.). I have yet to experience the performance and return on my investment when I launch my first campaigns. However I only have good comments for tech support and thought it was worth mentioning in this review.

So easy to put money on this platform. Full signup and placing money down within the same day. This is a solid company.

Amazing support for begginers

First time ever to create a campaign on TrafficJunky. Campaign did not start. The support was very helpful and explained in details where to make changes (from visuals to bidding and keywords), and also provided additional resources and possibility to contact TJ's performance team to make sure the campaigns are performing well.
