They sent me tickets for the wrong date, my country code for my phone was also wrongly recorded, their system to fill in information is awful. They never returned my money even though I could not use the tickets. Do not use this company!!!!

Canceled ferry, no money back
I bought tickets for ferry 12.20 PM ferry from Sorento to Positano. When we came to marina the ride was canceled. I was offered to use that ticket for the 15.20 ferry or to contact agency and get my money back.
So I bought another tickets from different company that had earlier connection and asked for my money back.
I still didn’t get it. They claim that the ferry wasn’t canceled!!!
