No plastic bag? No refund
My partner loves this clothing brand so I decided to buy him something for Xmas. Unfortunately the top didn't fit so I returned it and asked for the money to be put onto a gift card so he could pick something else. I received an email only to be told that because the top had not been returned in the original plastic bag, no refund or gift card would be issued, and if I wanted the top back I would have to pay postage. I think this is appalling service. Its not as if the top can't be resold, it still has all the tags on. How can a company take your money and refuse a refund because of a plastic bag, then ask you for more money if you want the item back. AVOID

One week waiting for an order they put a mass sale on and cannot communicate with people, telling them they can't fulfil their order! Then block you when you try to contact them via social media
