Excellent training standards
Excellent training standards from a true professional trainer you don’t get anything better than this guy !
To the point , set standards to achieve then spends all his time getting you there if you don’t make the mark you’ve not taking in what he says and does .
I don’t need to spell out his previous experiences however fabulous details on the Terror front I can assure you your perspective on what to look for on terror is completely different after than it was before .
Weekend course which was great for me , good parking ,local corner shop and not far from the motor way

Frustrating Experience
The laziest staff you can meet ever. The trainers are top-notch decent people. It is laterally impossible to speak to anyone. They kept putting the phone down on me. When they do answer, the job never get done in one there and then in one phone call. Your have to phone them at least three or four times to get them to send you your certificates. Very frustrating experience.
I am talking about the Birmingham office here.
