Training Strategies Reviews 

We learnt a lot on physical intervention of SIA training from our Tutor Mr Mick Shutt, taught us in details and practical terms what must and should do . I must sincerely say Mr Mick is one of the best Tutor I have seen, he is very good at his job and with in-depth knowledge of SIA training.I am now ready to work with my shoulder high in knowledge of what to do as Door Supervisor. thank alot

DO NOT LEAVE A REVIEW UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR SIA LICENCE.

They start you off with what is a great course, with an excellent tutor.

During the first few days of the course, they start asking people to leave reviews. They DO NOT ask you to leave a positive review, but because the course starts off so good, most people will leave a positive review. This is a fatal mistake most people make and it floods this site with misleading positive reviews.

Once you have done the actual course, you will be told you now have to wait for an exam date. They told us Monday, but that got cancelled, and they went silent for over a week before randomly telling us that we needed to come in the next day.

We did the exam, and were told it would take 2 weeks to get the results. It has now been over 3 WEEKS and we have not even been updated on what is going on.

I finished customer service part of course today and I want to say big thank you to my tutor Graham. He was very informative , helpful and fun.

Mick is one of the best tutor, hard worker, pay attention to the need of the learners and I really impressed of his outstanding teaching methods, I have gained what he thought us about the SIA and I'm quite grateful for such kind of sense able personality.

Just finished Customer service course with Graham. The course materials was well presented with plenty practical examples. Graham made the course worth it, good value for money. Graham is a good facilitator.
