I recently upgraded to the Trak Racer TR8 Pro paired with their Rally Bucket Seat, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. If you’re looking for a professional-grade experience, this is it.
Why I Love It:
Amazing Experience: The immersion is next-level. The rig is incredibly sturdy with zero flex, which makes a massive difference in force feedback precision.
Total Adjustability: One of the best features is how customizable it is. Whether it’s the pedal plate, the wheel mount, or the seat position, I was able to dial in the perfect racing ergonomics in no time.
Comfy Rally Seat: I went with the Rally Bucket Seat, and it’s surprisingly comfortable even for long endurance stints. It offers great lateral support without feeling restrictive.
Mobility: I also ordered the caster wheels with brakes for the rig. This was a total lifesaver! Now, the setup is so easy to move that even my fiancée can shift it around without any struggle whenever we need to clear some floor space.

thank you for your review. While we apologize the fact that you received a scratched seat we can guarantee it was not a used return as those are not send to the wareheouse but to our office and are not added back into the supply chain.
Therefore this must have been slipped through QC.

The hardware wasn't correct
The hardware wasn't correct. The nuts for the vesa mounts were to small to secure correctly. The M8-16s were to short in many instances. I'm a tradesman with many years of experience in mechanical repairs and assemblies. I followed the instructions and analyzed all the hardware thoroughly. Its wrong.

However, we would like to clarify that the nuts supplied for the VESA mounts are not undersized and are the specified components for this product. All hardware sets are tested and verified for compatibility and functionality before being released for production and distribution.
Regarding the M8-16 bolts, we acknowledge that earlier documentation did not always reflect the most suitable configuration. For this reason, the assembly manual has already been updated to address this and provide clearer guidance.
If you are experiencing specific fitment issues despite following the updated instructions, we kindly ask that you provide your order number along with photos of the installed components. This will allow our technical team to review your case accurately and provide appropriate support.

Good service from TrakRacer, even if slightly slow to reply
Ordered TR80S along with Simagic Evo Pro, some frame extras and an integrated triple monitor mount.
Seat was on back order but I knew this at time of ordering.
Wanted to upgrade seat as it still hadn't shipped at this point so contacted support.
Yes took up to 24 to 48hours for a reply but I had great customer service and now have the rig I wanted with the more expensive seat option.
Marked 4 stars for the time to reply, if this was faster, it would have been 5 stars.
Many thanks to Gab for the help with order adjustment.
