Regarding fees, when you top up your card, fees apply. This is because the tobacconist, their wholesaler, and Mastercard® all charge us fees. For your information, they do this for every transaction you make with your cards, and although these services are paid for by us, they remain free for all our customers 😉.

This company is basically just in on the scam their users are commiting. Impossible to get the momey back after being scammed, even when vouchers and codes are still unused. While trying to retrive my money they even blocked the voucher, so now the money is locked in their system. They are just waiting me out so they can keep it! Stay as far away from this site as possible.

Hi, do you speak about the limits to top-up or withdraw? If it is for top-ups you can also load your card by wire transfer or credit card to get to €10 000 per month. If you need to withdraw more than €1,000, you can have several Transcash cards to increase your ceiling.
Do not waste your money with Transcash…
Do not waste your money with these cards! Fisrtly, the number of outlets that actually sell the cards is ridiculously limited, of about 20 retailers that Transcash listed in the City I'm in, only 1 actually sold the credit cards!
Secondly: You pay to add credit to your card (about 10%)! Then you also get charged for taking money out at a cash machine, or for making certain payments.
Thirdly: The customer service is useless. I've sent several messages and have received no reply.
Fourthly: These cards and the purchasing of credit are susceptible to so many scams.
Either use cash or just open up a normal bank account, there is absolutely no benefit to using these card at all. All you're doing is paying Transcash so you can spend your own money.
In reply: You choose which messages you reply to. Your customer services team do not appear to be interested in any messages regarding scams. You provide no safeguards for scams and whilst it would be very easy to trace the owners of scammed cards and credits, you actively choose not to. If anyone needs a credit card - sign up to Starling, Revolut, Wise... professional companies that are far more secure and take less of your cash.

Hi, we certainly sell our cards in outlets but you can also buy them online anytime you want, free shipping in France.
Secondly: You can top-up your card in various ways that do not imply 10% to pay because you can get your salary and welfare benefits for free or choose credit card and top-ups.
Thirdly : our customer service replies to all emails make sure you check your junk mail. You can contact them by phone or directly through your personal space 'contact' section.
Fourthly: as mentioned you can choose several ways to top-up your card. Top-ups to get in outlets or online are the original way for people with cash to be able to use a card. Unfortunately we have scam cases but our company has implemented prevention messages for people buying top-ups they don't know why.
Have a look at monthly fees and bank charges before you jump to conclusion, our cards help thousands of people that use them on a daily basis or more punctually.

You mention that “the card is unusable.” We apologize for this situation. The Transcash card must be activated before use, then reloaded via our partners (tobacconists, bank transfer, or credit card). It can then be used for payments and withdrawals, depending on the plan chosen.
