Starting off early in the year, had a few issues with pricing for our equipment calibration. I was not informed up front that if I had numerous pieces of equipment to be calibrated that the price would be less.

Then through trial and error discovered that not all test locations can calibrate all the equipment sent in. Once we found which lab could do everything, It has gone very well.
We will continue using Transcat for our calibrations and purchases.

The mfg of the product ordered thru Transcat had scheduled a move which delayed our shipment by months. We were not aware of this until it had happened. There should have more communication up front that the lead time was inaccurate and would be extended due to the relocation.

I had a problem with a connector between the computer and the Megger. I spoke with customer service who ignored me for two days. I contacted the customer service manager and she took care of me immediately. She was extremely helpful.

Had exactly what we needed and it was in our hands in two days. Reasonably priced on top of it all. Good job.

Advised the calibration services would take 2-3 days after receipt of order. Our order ended up not even making it to calibration services until 4 days in... the day it should have shipped. This item was about 4 days late.

I have been dealing with Robin Gordin at Transcat for the past 7 years.
She does an excellent job and knows the products she sells.

Very quick response and delivery. I was very pleased.

The order was shipped to the wrong address. I gace my home office address to have order shipped to and even paid with my personal credit card by package was shipped to my companies corporate office instead. I still don't have package and my company had to pay shipping again to ship me package.

The order seemed to go smooth at first and then there was confusion on the calibration and the facility that could perform it.
The second part was tracking of the equipment, there was time when nobody seemed to know where the unit was in the process.
