It was very easy to use the online ordering and quick.

My package arrived only after I chased it down at noon a day after it was due! My customer was unable to use my services due to the late delivery! This problem has cost money so far and I probably will not get to make it back! The customers dependency has dropped and my competitor is now working on jobs that I would have been called upon! Transcat? Ups? Hrs? Who pays for this cluster? It appears that This is way more than I bargained for!!

Transcat was very helpful in assisting me with finding the caliper case I was looking for. I had looked at other vendors, but all of them not only shipped from China, but they had a 2-3 week back order. Transcat had ONE more case left in stock, so I assume that was my lucky day. Overall, they had awesome customer service, and would definitely come back for more future purchases. As a matter of fact, they carry a few other items at affordable pricing that my company has been considering purchasing on next year's budget. We will see how things turn out!

My tool purchasing experiences with Transcat have always been stellar.

Transcat gives me great service along with a simple ordering process.

Was told a unit was available closer to me. Turned out it was already sent out to someone else. You need to update your computer records to show a more accurate reflection of what is available. Another unit located farther away, but we paid higher amount to overnight it to us. Rate 2 stars.
Representative worked hard to find and secure the second unit and kept me informed. Rate him 5 stars.

Transaction went alright, we had to wait for an item a bit longer, than we would have liked too.

We really needed it the day after order, the rep said it would be here that Friday. It was not. Then Transcat called one of my engineers (not the guy that made the order) just to say they will send it next week.

It was one bad experience, however, generally Trasncat performs excellently.

We have received the product and are looking forward to learning how to use it.

Customer would have been able to purchase at the same price direct. The only way we could sell this was to discount the sales margin. Do not seem to have MRO resale price schedule

Ordered items on 9/29 with an anticipated delivery of 10/27. On 11/4 I inquired on the status. Delivery had been pushed back to 11/22. Have currently received 2 of the 4 items.

Excellent, quote was sent immediately, ordered parts within 1hr.

It was easy to order, the only thing I was not able to do - edit shipping address after placing the order, for some reason it changed to billing address after I edited credit card data.

Transcat has a wide variety, good prices, excelent customer service. I would recommend them any time.
