Good experience, but may be pricey.....
We booked this company for round trip transportation to and from a cruise ship from our hotel in Rome. The same driver took and picked us up both times. He was 15 minutes late both times which was disappointing. I had to call to make sure someone was coming to get us. I can somewhat understand being late once, but both times is kind of ridiculous when you live there and transport clients daily. Car was clean. Driver was nice, but drove extremely fast. We were told it was an hour and a half each way but we arrived in 40 minutes going and 45 minutes returning. We felt the price was somewhat steep considering the length of time to get there.

Upon investigation, we found that the delay in the outbound transfer was due to confusion at the airport, where there are two hotels of the same company in close proximity. However, the time it took for the driver to return to your hotel was minimal. As for the return journey, there were no recorded delays on our end. It's possible that it took a little longer to locate the driver beneath the ship due to the confusion and the large number of drivers present. Nevertheless, we are always reachable through our emergency contact number, which you also utilized.
Regarding the price, we are confident that we offer a competitive rate, perhaps one of the lowest available online. This may have been a contributing factor in your decision to choose our service. It's important to note that we never stated that the journey from Civitavecchia Port to a hotel near Fiumicino would take an hour and a half. Typically, this estimate applies to hotels in Rome city center. Since your hotel was near Fiumicino Airport, the journey time was significantly shorter due to the absence of traffic congestion typically encountered when entering Rome.

He was there waiting and when we asked if we asked if we could add two people we met who had no ride they reasonably added a few and agreed. We had a last minute cancellation and the replacement place was dark when we arrived with a sign to go to a different hotel. Our driver took the time to call and delivered us to a place we wouldn’t have found on our own in the dark and having no phone. We will use you again. Very good driver.

Competent and Courteous service.
Upon landing at the airport and clearing customs, my driver was standing in a large group of people with my name on a sign. I went up to him and identified myself and he promptly led me out of the airport to the car which was very clean. The driver was very courteous. Because I didn't know Italian and he didn't know a lot of English, we had very little conversation but he took me directly to the hotel in Civitavecchia. The ride was comfortable and smooth. I would have no hesitation at all recommending this company and will use them again when I am in need of the same service.
