Fantastic company, been purchasing for 6 months now after a terrible experience with another supplier. Hair arrives on time and great quality

Have a weave from here before and was fab but recently bought one in october 2023 and it’s worst hair I’ve had. Only in February and think I’m going to have to spend hundreds of pounds on new hair due to this hair snapping and just being overall very low quality.

Shocking!!!!!! Do not but hair off this company! Spent £1000s of pounds its dry ratty and it’s expensive!!! Shes rude and will not rectify the problem! Its like cheap chinese hair you can buy off ebay! Take your money elsewhere!

Disgusting customer service. I have ordered before and was okay but came a week after my next day delivery was supposed to come. I can’t bash the hair as it’s really good quality and amazing! However the owner of this company was so rude… I spoke to the owner of the company today about my order mess up and she was so rude and argumentative, Saying how it must be my fault and my eye sight about the colours being wrong (which it wasn’t as I’ve ordered the exact shade from the same collection before) Speaking to a paying CUSTOMER in a disgraceful tone and sadly will never be using this company again and I’m not the first person I know to have problems.l with this company. It’s a shame because the hair quality is amazing but definitely did not have a good experience. She did however offer me a full refund or to swap the shades but the tone was really rude and completely put me off this company.

Placed an order for a client, I did a perfect colour match like I usually do, the Hair arrives the wrong shade... my client asked if there was a way it could be blended to give the ombre/baleage effect, so I had a look and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done... I contacted the company, to notify them of what had happened... they won't let me return the hair or get a refund even tough the hair is still all in its original packaging and they made an error..they have also claimed that they have recorded one of my calls illegally.. and the owner is also denying been the owner... despite her been the named owner on companies House. Don't get me wrong the hair is amazing quality... but the wrong shade! I have now been blocked from contacting them so I've had no choice but to contact my bank for a refund. I am fully willing to return the hair as it is no use to me or my client... I have had to refund my client and not only have I lost income I have lost a lovely client.

The worst customer services of ever come across in hair extension supplier in 15 years. After being a customer for 18 months & spending well over £10,000 with this company I unfortunately received a faulty batch of hair that after the first was matted & went stringy & looked frazzled (no high heat has been used & branded hair extension after-care products have been used just like on all the other hair I’ve ever purchased from the supplier without issue)
I contacted the supplier within 28 days only to be told it (without looking or examining the hair) it must be something that the client has done, completely client bashed and refused to even test the hair saying no exchange or refund will be offered. Bitterly disappointed in the shocking quality on hair & the response as all other companies offer a full investigation. Upon talking to other salon owners apparently this attitude towards salons is common from the owner Naiomi

Really good quality hair extensions with a good variety. Would highly recommend for longevity.

The Mongolian in particular seems to be superior to the Russian and it's less expensive.

The only downside that I would say (and it's why I've deducted one star) is that the hair is very pricey. If it was a little more budget friendly, it would be a 5 star from me.
