Transglobal Express Reviews 

Up until now, I would say this was the best courier company for customer support, but lately (last couple of weeks) customer care seems to have dropped off. This includes not responding to customer queries and telephone support which doesn't have the access to answer certain queries.

The courier that came to pick up my boxes was unprofessional. I saw how he was throwing other packages recklessly and dropping them on the ground (to get them out of the way). Ignored FRAGILE written on my boxes too, rotated them, dropped them with force in the van. I’m scared my boxes will be damaged. Also, if all cars could have some sort of company identification on them - that would be great, thought of scam first. East London area

I always receive excellent customer service when I call Transglobal. I have to however give a special review for Nikki.
In my opinion she went over and above in helping me get my parcels delivered. It was really important that these parcels were released from customs in Portugal as they contained items for my daughters wedding.
Without her help and swift communication we may not have received them in time.
I can't thank her enough.

My main dealings were with Nicola who was always professional, helpful and pro-active. I was very satisfied with the way my query was dealt with and resolved.

The delivery was fast and was delivered even on a weed end.

Was told parcel would be collected by 5pm that day, had paid extra for this, was starting to get concerned when never came by 5pm, came at 505, relieved.
Have used Transglobal several times for parcels to Australia, used a couple of other companies but gone back to Transglobal.
Competitive prices. Never had problem with the person receiving the other end.
I have found in past when I have phoned the office for any assistance, they have always been extremely helpful

Joanne Smith is a legend, as are all the support staff answering emails and phone calls at Transglobal. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile. They say you get to know a person / company more in crisis than in good times. Well it's safe to say Transglobal and Joanne especially, have shown themselves to be reliable, supporting and thorough in both good times and on the rare occassion things don't go to plan. Thanks for your continued service, a great company with super staff. Highly recommended for all your shipping needs.

WORST customer service ever, parcel was lost for 3 months, then left at the front of my house and stolen and they STILL refused to give me a refund.

We have used Transglobal for many years and have always found the staff helpful and willing to help solve the issue. They work with you and the booked courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed, their notes are added to the shipment so you can see updates.
