Don't buy a domain here

Don't buy a domain here, you can't transfer it.
You can't find ANY transfer code on their website.
Even after reading their FAQ, it's simply not there.

scammers!!!

I purchased one year hosting and domain name for a period of one year. No contract has ever been sent. I paid 12 euros for domain and 2,5 per month for hosting. To my surprise, after that one year they automatically charged me 79 euros for domain and around 10 per month for hosting. I immediately cancelled the subscription but they were still sending me hosting bills.

When I complained about the invoice they sent me another one with fat reduction which I paid to get rid of them.

STAY AWAY!!! Dishonest way of doing business.
Only SCUM operate like this!!!

don't deliver what I paid for and cannot contact them

I have webhosting, they send me an email with links to start with my website - those links do not work - I press on "how to start with your website" I get an error page. then I think 'let's call them, impossible, there is a chat with a 60 minute response promise - that is 3 hours ago I still do not have a response. I go to the knowledge base to search for oneclick Wordpress, a feature that was promised - there is nothing in the knowledge base, I read the how to set op your Wordpress site booklet they email you, in it it explains how to activate the oneclick Wordpress , unfortunately the descriptions in that booklet do not correspond with the reality of the controlepaneel. it is impossible to launch my site, it is impossible to contact them about it. years ago they used to be a reliable company , now they are just after your money - I am moving everything to another host and I would advice everyone to stay clear from these scammers - money grabbers without providing what they promise

How unfortunate to read that your experience with our WordPress Hosting package has been such an unpleasant one. This is obviously not the quality we stand for.

I think you've been dealing with a perfect storm. And for that I would like to make our sincere apologies.

We switched to a new system for our knowledge base not too long ago. You as a customer shouldn't notice anything about that at all, and if you notice anything at all it should be positive. Although we have done our utmost to replace all links to our old, inactive system, there are still some dead links here and there. Like in the e-mail you mention.

You further indicate that you had to wait 3 hours for a response from our support department. Again, you as a customer should not be the victim of this, but due to busy times, the response time is sometimes longer than you are used to from us. In doing so, I must say that 3 hours is always unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on your information I have not been able to find the communication in our system to find out what exactly went wrong here. Have you received a (satisfactory) reply in the meantime?

Finally, you indicate that the information in our knowledge base does not match reality. I can't quite place that because we have just recently updated all our articles to our new control panel. Could you indicate which article you used and where you got stuck?

I hope you can give us another chance to rectify this. Could you send a message from your control panel with what exactly you are running into? And direct this message to Beau? Then I'll be happy to take a look with you and convince you that we are not money grabbers, but make really good products and are still that company from years ago.

Thieves and Scammers

I decided to stop using their services and emailed them about it, but they didn't respond. Instead, they kept sending me a lot of unwanted emails. After a few months, instead of canceling my domain name like I wanted, they sent me a bill with a 52 euro fine. Their service is really bad, so I don't recommend it. Choose GoDaddy or someone else, but not them. They are scammers. The control panel is slow, and the prices are high. It's better to go with another company.

Some thieves. I emailed to cancel and nothing. It keeps sending me that I have to pay. I didn't even use the service. Which collection agency? What fine of 40 euros? You are stupid? Stop with emails and crazy amounts of money. I emailed you to cancel well in advance.

All our services are selfmanaged. This means that you, as a customer, are responsible for the cancelation of your services. We don't do this to "bully" our customers. We do this for the safety of our customers. By putting you in the driver seat, we know that the correct service, at the correct moment is cancelled. And you have to be logged in into you account to do this, so we know that you are authorised to do the cancellation.

The 40 euro "fine" is something we have to do by law. These are the collection costs. Dutch law dictates that if you are late with your payment we have to charge you with 8% collection costs with a minimal of 40 euros.

I am a paying client and I need help but got none!

Two days ago after two years I had to make some changes to my website. I made the changes and wanted to upload the changes through my webdesign program Rapidweaver. As far I remembered last time it went like a breeze... not so this time. After having problems connecting to my server I finally could publish my site but nothing changed. So I go on line and ask Trans-ip for support however..... Only contact by mail, no chat, no phone only mail and mind you "we answer within the hour" NOT

I think we send more than 10 emails back and forth and after two day no succes. So I filed a complaint. The answer to my complaint is that one staff member took the burden to look more deeper and found out that my index.html file was missing and he reinstalled it what enabled to get a version of my site visible again but uploading the latest version was not happening due to unknown reasons. So fed up I go on a search on my own re reading all info on publishing issues and suddenly my eyes read "use as path www/"

I thought What the Foo we covered this into length with the helpdesk. You can use www as path lalalala. No sir its www/ not www or /www but www/ You should know that, you should inform your client appropriately and if you had done this it would be fixed in a minute and not three days and solved by the client through his persistence. I think this is bad bad service!

Inflexible provider. Don't think with you to find a solution

Very inflexible in their packaging. We made a mistake during signup (managed wordpress) and now we are stuck and the support desk is not offering anything to solve it for us.

They have solved the problem!

They also have a cloud-program called Stack. It used to be for free. Then parts of it crashed and they lost a lot of my data. They decided to have only payed formulas but because they'd lost most of my data they gave me some free space. Now all for sudden I receive an invoice to pay. Any decent company would send you a warning; so do Spotify, Norton, Netflix and so many more as soon as your free subscription turns into a payed one. Not these guys, shame on them and such practices.

Very correct follow up by TransIP, after further conversation they have send me a credit-note. The invoice was cancelled.

gewoon slecht Just Bad

gewoon slecht. Product is complexer in gebruik en de onbetaalde versies wordt je dood gegooid met reclame MEGA.NZ is daarbij een stuk vriendelijker. Inmiddels diverse clouds geprobeerd maar deze is gewoon slecht. Diensten ook. Je krijgt snel antwoord maar je kunt er weinig mee. verwijzen naar AV .... alsof iedereen die leest. De belangrijkste staan ook niet verzameld bij een eerste lijstje. Sorry maar niet goed is niet goed.

just bad. Product is more complex to use and the unpaid versions you are thrown dead with advertising MEGA.NZ is a lot friendlier. Tried several clouds now but this one is just bad. Services too. You get a quick answer, but you can't do much with it. refer to AV....as if anyone reads it. The most important are also not collected in a first list. Sorry but not good is not good.

Jaren lang klant geweest en was altijd tevreden maar na de Carona zij ze veranderd in geldwolven en blokkeren je op het moment dat je ze nog geld schuldig bent.

reactie op vragen wordt beantwoord op zo een manier dat je er helemaal niets aan hebt. gewoon betalen is de boodschap.

heb mijn domeinnamen begin dit jaar allemaal weggehaald uit onvrede blijkt er na een jaar nog allerlei facturen open te staan waar je totaal van niet op de hoogte wordt gesteld tot dat een incasso bureau op je mail staat. mensen niet mee in zee gaan. het zijn een stelletje geld wolven en niet anders.

Been a customer for years and was always satisfied, but after the Carona they turned into money wolves and block you when you still owe them money.

response to questions is answered in such a way that it is of no use to you at all. just pay is the message.

I removed all my domain names at the beginning of this year out of dissatisfaction, after a year there are still all kinds of invoices outstanding that you will not be informed about until a collection agency is on your email. people do not go into the sea. they are a bunch of money wolves and nothing else.
