Would not recommend! They lost my case after having two major surgeries . Dropped me like a fly .

Mike Snellings was great. He was always available if I had any questions. He contacted me regularly and made sure I was aware of all his correspondence and contacts concerning my case. Thankfully My settlement came quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an Accident/injury Lawyer.

I would like to thank Atty. Mark Kochanowicz and Paralegal Carolynn G. Luzi for their service. Both worked hard on my behalf, were pleasant, courteous and helpful at all times. I appreciate their efforts. This is the best law firm to call. They will not let you down.

As someone who has never been in this position before I had no idea what to do or where to start but the trantolo team took excellent care of me,they kept me informed on my case,they even called to see how i was doing....yeah a law firm that cares about the individual.

I had a great experience with Trantolo & Trantolo. They met my expectations and did everything they could for me. They listened.

Initially the group was very responsive as I had a paralegal assigned to my case and she was very communicative.

She ended up leaving the practice, and I was left constantly "chasing" the lawyer assigned to my case for answers.

He did not answer my phone calls or emails on a timely manner. I was left feeling that my case was less than important to this firm.

I would NOT recommend this practice going forward.

What I thought was a simple case, turned out to be a lot more complicated than I ever imagined. There were times when I was certain that I would get nothing and be left to deal with all the bills myself. However, every time I spoke with my attorney (Chris Kramer), I felt very reassured that I was in good hands. It was clear to me that the staff at Trantolo & Trantolo had the knowledge and experience to win cases far more difficult than my own. In the end, things worked out better than I had expected. I have a lot of health issues that cause financial issues and stress that left me simply unable to deal with fighting an insurance company to cover my bills from the accident. They were always there to answer any questions, if I called them with any concerns they always were available, and the staff was always friendly and professional. They are a law firm with integrity and when I first came to the office I read thru a scrap book that showed their community involvement.
