The team and the earphones from Tranya are amazing.
The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.

The magnet of my Tranya smartwacht fell, but they replaced it with a new watch free of charge, no hassle and even paid the customs taxes!

Tranya T10
I have the Tranya T10 earbuds and the audio quality is really nice, however I only bought them about a year ago and they started to malfunction. The customer service team promptly responded to my email and sent a replacement pair when attempts to reset the earbuds did nothing to help. Knocked off a star in my review for longevity of the product, but it was covered within warranty and overall I think they're very good earbuds for what I paid for them.
