• are not registered with us as clients,
• are not registered with us as distributors,
• have never submitted any request or ticket to our Support Department,
• created a TrustPilot profile solely to post a single review containing false and defamatory information.
It is therefore clear that you have not taken the time to properly review our model. Otherwise, you would have noticed the following:
• Travel Advantage is legally distinct from MWR Life and operates as an Online Travel Agency. This means that even if MWR Life did not exist, Travel Advantage would continue to operate independently and provide customers with savings on their bookings.
• MWR Life is not, and has never been, a pyramid or Ponzi scheme. To qualify as such, part of distributors’ commissions would have to be based on recruiting other distributors. This is not the case: 0% of commissions are paid for recruitment. 100% of commissions are based on customers who join, just as any company compensates its salesforce for generating sales.
We understand that you may simply be repeating statements you have heard without fully understanding the facts. No problem — you are welcome to contact our Support Department, who can connect you with one of our independent distributors, and you can then ask to download our FAQ, which, among many other points, clearly explains our business model.

Worst experience ever.
I booked for the first time a flight to France and it was the worst experience ever. To make a long story short. Once I booked I received a summary of my trip from Travel and then I was waiting to receive an email from the airline company to check in. Few hours before my trip I still did not receive it. I tried to look into the flight company website and could not find my reservation. After looking at different ways to find my reservation I finally got it and found out that everything was in Chinese. I could not change the language and was stuck on that page. I decided to contact Travel who did not give me a solution so I contacted the airline company who helped me to find my reservation. Once into my reservation I found out that the email and the phone number registered were not mine. Once I fixed it I could finally check in. The airline company told me that my flight was booked through a Chinese company. I contacted Travel once again and their answer was "sorry for the inconvenience" no explanation, nothing to help me understand what happened. Since I asked for a membership cancellation and no answer. I have been using Expedia for years and never had an issue with them. Wanted to try Travel because a friend of mine works with them. It was my first and will be my last booking with Travel.

It appears that the difficulties you encountered may be related to issues with your internet connection or email access—possibly involving the use of a VPN?
Here’s a recap of the events:
• You contacted us on July 22 to inform us that you were having trouble accessing your flight ticket, which was booked through us.
• A few hours later, we responded by sending you the link to the airline’s website (in .fr format), which allows you to select your seat, check in luggage, etc. We were able to access this page without any issue and included a screenshot for reference.
• For reasons unknown, you were unable to access the link provided, which simply redirects to the airline’s site where you can enter your booking reference.
• We then tried again, this time sending you a link via the airline’s .us domain. We were once again able to access your reservation and sent you additional screenshots confirming this.
It’s difficult for us to understand why you were being redirected to the airline’s Chinese website. We certainly did not go through any Chinese platform when making your booking. This leads us to suspect that the issue may lie with your own computer or mobile device—perhaps a VPN or another configuration is affecting your access.
Regarding your email account:
You requested the cancellation of your VIP subscription on Sunday, August 17, 2025. We responded that same day to confirm that your account had been closed.
However, on August 22—five days later—you informed us that you hadn’t received our confirmation email. We replied once again to the same address (ending in @me.com), suggesting that you check your spam folder. This time, you did receive the message. Understandably, this is a bit perplexing.
We encourage you to check—or have someone check—your computer or mobile device. There may be technical issues or conflicts that are preventing you from accessing certain services, whether with us or elsewhere.

I booked the hotel through Travel Advantage and had a very good experience. The confirmation came instantly, but when I arrived, the door was locked and there was no one at the reception. I wrote on the chat, but in the meantime I also called the phone number displayed at the hotel, and the lady kindly explained the steps to enter the room. Meanwhile, Yolande from Travel Advantage replied to me on chat and even sent me an email, but I didn’t go back online. After 15-20 minutes, she personally called me, worried that I hadn’t answered, and wanted to make sure I was fine and checked in. I was truly impressed by her kindness and care – it’s rare to see such professionalism and humanity. Thank you so much, Yolande! ❤️
Am rezervat hotelul prin Travel Advantage și experiența a fost foarte bună. Confirmarea a venit imediat, însă la sosire am găsit ușa încuiată și nu era nimeni la recepție. Am scris pe chat, dar între timp am sunat la numărul afișat la hotel, iar doamna de la telefon mi-a explicat pașii pentru a intra în cameră. Între timp, Yolande de la Travel Advantage mi-a răspuns pe chat și mi-a trimis și un e-mail, dar eu nu am mai revenit online. După 15-20 de minute m-a sunat personal, îngrijorată că nu am răspuns, și a vrut să se asigure că sunt bine și cazată.
