I always feel very confident in booking any holiday with Travel Bird. On every holiday we have never been disappointed in what you see is what you get ! Even though all bookings are done on line, they still manage to make you feel special even down to sending an sms on the day you depart and welcoming you home.

Excellent service, very friendly.
Because my daughter is disabled and sits in a wheel chair I could not make the reservation on internet myself. When I called with Travelbird the employee made the reservation and sent me the link for confirmation and payment. It was all done within 5 minutes.

Excellent Customer Service!
After an overbooking at the planned hotel, Travelbird took care of everything and relocated me to another hotel with a nice view of the sea near Dubrovnik. Not only this, but a nice bottle of wine due to the inconvenience. Superb customer service!

New York, my biggest dream
Great service! Before, during and after our trip! Travelbird made my dream come true by having these nice options for staying in New York City. Lots of different hotels, with different kinds of services (rate, luxury, location etc.) and lots of flight options, included a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back.

Always perfect, amazing vacations with Travelbird
This is the 6th time I travel with Travelbird and until now I am not disappointed about this online travel agency.
I would not change it for any other travel agency.
Travelling with Travelbird is safety for your holidays... The organization is very good, what you see on the website is really true.
Maybe more departures from Brussels airport but for the rest I am happy to travel every years with them.
I will recommend them to everyone for sure ..
