Very Poor hospitality ticket - avoid
Travel Zoo purchase for Liverpool vs Burnley hospitality
My brother never got his match ticket prior to the game. He had to queue up for over an hour to get his ticket sorted out.
When he eventually got his ticket and headed to the hospitality lounge only to find he was given the wrong ticket, he was given a ticket for the Chelsea game in error. He then had to return to the ticket collection queue to get is sorted. By this time he had already missed nearly 2 hours of the hospitality.
He then went to his seat to watch the game. His seat was so far away from the hospital he couldn’t make use of it at half time.
The whole experience and quality of the hospitality was shocking.
Bearing in mind my brother has experience an appalling 2 years for a number of reasons and I purchased the experience as a gift to cheer him up. He found the whole day (except for the game as his is an avid Liverpool support er) very stressful and disappointing. Such a shame you lack of organisation and level of hospitality ruined it for him.
To say as his sister, who made the purchase for him, I an truly disappointed.
