Good experience, and the agent was extremely helpful
Good experience, and the agent (REO) was extremely helpful looking for flights. Sadly this time around I was unable to make the timing and price work for me, but he did try. I alway worry that companies like these are a bit of a scam but nothing in my interaction specifically suggested it was.

I received a phone call a few hours after I had made the booking to say that “there were no more seats on that flight but they could get me on a flight the day before and I’d have to pay the £150 difference in price.”
I asked them to call me back. In between I looked online at that particular airline , there were still several seats available on the flight and date I had originally booked .
I told them they were trying to scam me and to refund the full price immediately .
They have said they have … still shows up as a ‘pending charge’ on my cc.
Hoping the payment doesn’t go through

Scam. They pulled the same stunt with me, book the flight over the internet, then within 1 hour ring to say its not available at that price and they want £150 more. As others have observed, a definite scam!

Justin was a great help! I have to update my review. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Booking was easy however they sent me a cryptic email saying they were unable to process, didn’t say what so I called. They told me that my flights to Europe were not booked because they don’t have a contract anymore with those airlines so I had no flights, and that they could switch flights for me for a different price. I said that’s unacceptable and I’m not doing that I want a full refund of my $580, he said OK no problem issue the refund. I still have not received any email correspondence or my refund. They’ll take your money in five minutes but you’re not actually booking anything. I will have to file a claim with my bank.

Scam
So the flights we booked are legit but this is a third party so they scam you out of about £150 for baggage/seats and say you need to upgrade by calling you a couple of hours after your booking. You’re better off booking direct through the airline. The flight we payed was about £502 each and they charged us £150 extras and through the airline it was an extra £56.. still not ideal but yeah scammers

I found this company through Google Flights and I was having a busy day planning a trip to Asia. Sonny was the associate that helped me with the ticketing process. He was very kind and knowledgeable about meeting my ticket expectations. Sonny was able to book a flight on my desired airline and type of aircraft, mainly the A380 on Korean Airlines. I originally was planning to buy two one-way tickets because my destination is Singapore, but I will be departing Bangkok Thailand. Sonny was able to coordinate a two-passenger round-trip ticket at a great price of 3000.00. I am highly recommending Traveldecorum for anyone who is looking for a professionally tailored ticketing experience.
