I lodged a claim, and was advised at initial lodgement I would receive correspondence at the latest 5 business days. Now my claim is sitting at 12 business days without any contact at all. I have made multiple attempts requesting correspondence however no response at all after multiple attempts via different email contacts (claims, claims officer directly. Not really great customer service.
Very easy to take out a policy however if you need to make a claim don't hold your breath for it to be paid quickly. I have been waiting for over 10 weeks for any correspondence regarding how my claim is progressing.
Don't try ringing as no-one answers the phone and it goes to voice mail.
Don't send an email as there is no reply.
Heaven knows how long my claim will take and there is no way I will ever insure with them again. They have lost my business as am going on another holiday at the end of the year and have insured with somebody else
