Tom in customer service is useless and doesn’t listen. I will try to avoid this company in the future

I booked a return connected flight (4 flights total). One of the airlines did not recognize my luggage allowance during check-in (it was business). My return flights were shifted by 4 and 2 hours and their flight numbers were different than the confirmation. And I now have 3 extra flight which I don’t know what to do about (because I see 5 flights in my return confirmation, thankfully first two made me to the home). Never again.

It feels like a scam. After getting the reservation I had an extra flight appearing to my reservations. Cannot get my money back from that 1000 GPB extra flight

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Travel Junction has honestly been exhausting and extremely disappointing.
My journey involved flights from the UK to Nigeria, onward travel to Dubai, and return to the UK. The problems started when part of the journey was cancelled by the airline due to the Middle East disruption situation. At that point, I expected the travel agent to support properly, communicate clearly, and help process the appropriate refund options available for a cancelled/disrupted journey.
Instead, what followed was weeks of back-and-forth emails, inconsistent explanations, delays, and shifting positions.
Despite repeatedly providing evidence that the flights were cancelled by the airline — and that this was NOT a voluntary cancellation or “no-show” on my part — I was initially told I was only entitled to around £92 in taxes. No proper explanation. No meaningful support. Just a generic response based on fare rules.
Only after I continued pushing, challenging the position, and supplying further evidence did the narrative suddenly begin to change. I was later told that partial refunds may actually apply, that Emirates had approved partial refund consideration, and that Turkish Airlines refunds still needed to be submitted through their portal.
What frustrated me most was the feeling that nothing was moving unless I chased constantly. If I had simply accepted the initial response, I genuinely believe the matter would have ended there with almost no meaningful attempt to pursue the proper refund process on my behalf.
The most unbelievable part was eventually being asked to provide “consent” for them to process refund requests after weeks of correspondence, evidence submissions, and repeated discussions about the cancellations. At that point, it honestly felt like I was just being taken round in circles and till now it hasnt been resolved.
As a customer, you expect transparency, consistency, and proactive support during disrupted travel situations — especially when flights are cancelled by the airline itself. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
My biggest lesson from all of this:
Where possible, book directly with the airline.
When issues arise, having multiple layers between you and the airline can make an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needs to be.

Totally bad service with these travel tickets. The only reason I booked was because it clearly mentioned that if you cancel less than 4 hours before, you would still get a full refund.
I made a simple mistake with the booking date, and when I tried to correct it, they suddenly said it would cost an extra £165 per person. Then, within just 5 minutes, the price increased again to £375 per person.
They kept changing the price and adding extra charges. Completely unacceptable service. Total waste of money — I will never use them again.

Booking & payment was easy, But due to Airline canx flights this is where the trouble started! Airline refunded money within a week back to travel junction But travel junction claimed they need 9-10 weeks for the £ to settle in there bank!!! (It never took them this period to get the £ from my bank!) absolutely joke company who seem to be cashing in on your misery by holding your £ for over 2 months assume getting the interest on your £!!! Please do not book with this company, they are cowboys & offer appalling customer service blaming everybody including “the War” as to why you have to wait for your money back…eventually got money back after several chasing calls…9 weeks in total, & if i had not phoned to chase suspect they will just keep your £ for as long as possible….then charged me £75 to get my money back!!!!! Joke company please stay away unless you want to be ripped off !

Absolutely awful experience with Travel Junction.
I paid extra for refund protection during my booking because it was presented in a way that made it sound genuinely useful if unexpected circumstances stopped me from travelling. When I later had to cancel for a real emergency situation, I was pushed toward Refundable-me only to discover that the protection is full of exclusions that were never clearly explained before payment.
The whole experience felt misleading, frustrating, and designed to take extra money from customers while providing little real support when you actually need help. No clear or useful information was properly highlighted during the booking process about how restricted this so-called “refund protection” really is.
After spending a significant amount of money and then being rejected over hidden conditions, the experience caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial loss. Customers deserve transparency before paying extra for services like this.
I strongly advise people to think twice before booking with Travel Junction or purchasing their refund protection add-ons. Read every single condition carefully because the protection may not work the way you expect at all
