Booked a flight for my family of 6. paid in full on website obviously.
When i arrived at airport, 2 of my kids were not on the plane !!! after investigation by airline staff, travel junction hadnt paid the company in full !! you can imagine the stress at the airport with 5 little kids ! i had only 1hr before plane takeoff.. i had to pay 746£ at the airport again !!! then had to message travel junction with proof of payment, receipt, screen shot of airline screen saying they didnt get paid in full and the balance !.. travail junction apologized and said i would get re-imboursed the difference.. been over 2 weeks , still nothing !! not even any compensation for the stress and issues it coused. we hade to wait for 1hr at counter for them to understand what happened then had to pay 746£ from my own pocket, then almost missed the flight. was a nightmare. !!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN !!!

Families – PLEASE be very careful before booking with Travel Junction
I honestly cannot believe the way Travel Junction has handled my family booking.
I booked flights at around 2:00 AM, costing approximately £660 for the family. By around 11:00 AM — just a few hours later — I contacted them to cancel. The trip is still around two weeks away.
The airline was Air Transat, so I contacted them directly and was told that if I had booked directly with Air Transat, their 24-hour cancellation policy would apply.
I contacted Travel Junction and asked if they could waive their £75 per person cancellation charge. I was even happy to pay £75 as a flat cancellation fee for the entire family booking. I thought that was a perfectly reasonable compromise given that I had cancelled only a few hours after booking.
But no.
They insisted that it was “company policy” and charged £300 for the cancellation.
£300 out of a £660 family booking — almost HALF of the entire booking cost.
I'm sorry, but calling this “company policy” doesn't make it feel any less unreasonable. From a customer's perspective, it feels like daylight robbery.
What made it even worse was the attitude of the person I dealt with. Rather than trying to understand the situation or find a reasonable solution, I found him extremely arrogant and dismissive.
We travel a lot as a family and spend significant amounts on flights and holidays. I would have had £10,000+ of future travel business that could have gone through a company I trusted.
Instead, Travel Junction has now lost my business and my entire family's business.
And this is the part I want other families to know: when you're booking flights for a family, please be extremely careful and read every cancellation condition before paying.
Don't assume that the airline's cancellation policy will protect you when booking through an agency. In my case, I was able to speak directly with the airline, yet Travel Junction still insisted on taking £300 from a £660 family booking.
For me, this isn't about refusing to pay a reasonable cancellation fee. I was happy to pay £75 for the whole booking. It's about being charged £300 and being told essentially, “that's our company policy.”
Travel Junction has lost my trust, my family's future bookings and potentially over £10K of future business. - I work in MOTORSPORTS and guess what I travel a lot!
Families — please think twice before booking with them and make sure you fully understand their cancellation charges before you commit.
Very disappointing. I will not be using Travel Junction again, and neither will my family.

They honoured the price and issued the ticket reasonably quickly. No complaints.
