flights booked 8 months ago, attempt to check in for flight to find it has been brought forward a day, with no contact from this company. Unable to give suitable alternative flight therefore booking was cancelled 48 hours prior to the flight. Advised refund would take 8 to 9 weeks? Out of pocket for replacement flights and poor communication from this company.
Now 7 weeks down the line they are claiming other admin fees need to be deducted from the refund. It appears the staff are unaware of what these admin fees are as we have been told different figures.
Distinct lack of interest and response to emails or telephone calls.
We were advised as soo as airline refund them then we would be refunded, seems not as they have been refunded and apparently charged an admin fee by the airline. Such a lack of honesty and transparency, so comlaint to atolit is.

I bought "100% refund protection" only to not be able to get a refund for my flight. I will give it two stars because I presume they have indeed arranged for me to be able to fly home and not just run off with the other $800 of my money as well.

Not sure how their rating is not lower. Bad experience! Booked a flight (ref 1AF39875 before they claim they don’t recognise my booking!) - realised immediately after and before ticket issuance that I needed to make a change. Initially told it would be £500 per person, even though the airline permit free changes within 24hrs. Then escalated to a supervisor who advised it would be £75 but that I really ought not to do that and should instead change the flight for a fee of £470 as the ticket price was likely much more if I booked it anew. Under pressure I agreed, then checked and found out the ticket had gone down in price - contacted them again re cancellation and told then that it would cost £1200 to cancel! Unreal. And all within 24hrs of booking, within the window airlines allow free changes and before any airline-recognisable ticket number has been issued. All extra profit booked by Travel Junction at the expense of distressed customers. Terrible.

I am writing this to warn any fellow travelers to completely avoid Travel Junction Canada (and their parent company, Flight & Holidays UK Ltd). Dealing with this agency, specifically an agent named Vance Victor and his manager Chris Jordan, has been an absolute nightmare.
> In August 2025, they cancelled the return portion of my flight itinerary under a strict written promise that a refund of approximately $1,600 CAD would clear within 2–3 billing cycles. Under this exact pretense, they pressured me into buying a brand-new, separate one-way ticket to ensure my travel home, effectively trapping my money.
> What followed was ten months of relentless stalling and over 120 back-and-forth emails. They repeatedly lied about the status of my money to keep me from filing a bank chargeback. The most fraudulent part of their operation occurred on March 13, 2026, when agent Vance Victor emailed me a completely fabricated financial tracking code (TRANSACTION ID: 934160865T32), claiming the money had been sent. It was a complete lie. When directly confronted later, the agent explicitly admitted to the stalling tactics in writing, stating: "I know I said so many times."
> Manager Chris Jordan was fully aware of this entire situation but actively chose to evade my phone calls, drop lines, and enable these fraudulent delays.
> While they finally returned my money in mid-June 2026, they ONLY did so after I involved legal counsel (Maître Guy Matte) and threatened a national media expose with the CBC. This company operates in complete bad faith and holds consumer funds hostage for as long as possible. Do not trust Vance, do not trust Chris, and do not risk your money with Travel Junction.

I was really disappointed with my experience.
I made a booking and realised within 10 minutes that I needed to cancel it. Unfortunately, I was charged a £100 cancellation fee, which I felt was excessive given how quickly I contacted the company.
When I booked through the website, the ticket was described as refundable and changeable. However, when I received the invoice, there was no information confirming the fare conditions or explaining the cancellation terms. I was also told that my e-tickets had already been issued, but I never received them. I checked both my inbox and junk folder, and there was nothing there.
when I contacted them I was simply told there was nothing they could do. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to try to help.
I understand that companies have policies to follow, but clearer information during the booking process and a more customer-focused approach would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me to not use this company again.

No issues, smooth experience. I believe staff Jack (hope that was the right person) called me prior to confirm details.

To be fair, the actual booking process is quite straightforward, and the price matched what was shown on Skyscanner. However, unlike other platforms, you do not get your e-ticket immediately; it arrives a few hours later, or as they state, within 24 hours. It feels like they are still inputting bookings manually behind the scenes.
A major issue—just as other reviews here have mentioned—is that they put their own contact email and mobile number on the airline booking. Because of this, when you try to add the trip to the airline's app, the OTP never goes through and you cannot manage your trip at all. I had to contact the airline directly just to fix this. Furthermore, don't waste your time selecting your Frequent Traveler number, meal requests, or preferred seats during checkout; none of this information passes through to the airline’s system, which is the same situation other people have mentioned in their reviews.
I also ran into ticket discrepancies where what was shown on the airline's website did not match what I booked and paid for. When I contacted support, they claimed they had manually updated it on their system, but the changes never reflected on the airline's site. As a high-tier frequent flyer, I found it much easier to just bypass them and contact the airline directly to fix the issues.
If you do need to reach their customer service, stick to phone calls or email—the phone support is generally okay and helpful, and emails are replied to quickly. Save your time and avoid the web chat entirely, as they only answer a couple of questions—or only what they want to answer—and then stop responding.
As a frequent traveler, I have never had an experience like this before. Even 15 years ago, you could call a traditional travel agent directly and they would manage everything seamlessly for you. If I had the chance to do this again, I would definitely prefer to use another reputable booking platform or just book directly with the airline. Overall, the ticket is still legitimate and you get what you paid for, but the process requires far too much manual intervention and causes unnecessary stress.

THIS IS AN INCOMPETENT TRAVEL AGENT
These guys ruined my wedding for me. AVOID THEM IF DONT WANT TO BE SORRY LIKE ME.
I had the worst experience using this incompetent travel agent. The negligence from them is totally awful.
I booked a flight on their platform and the airline changed the dates and informed them way ahead of time as they have the agent’s email and not mine. But this useless Travel agent didn’t notify me. The airline sent me a proof that they notified the travel agent. And guess what? Traveljunction keeps lying, denying and deflecting after contacting them.
I ended up spending triple of the flight money to book a new flight or else I miss my own wedding which was 2 days after. I paid triple of the initial cost for a one way ticket with BA.
Traveljunction wouldn’t address any form of refund or compensation. Such a ridiculous company. BE WARNED! AVOID THEM!!!
