This is a completely non serious business, stay away. Selling tickets that are not properly validated or cleared with airline. Ended up paying more than 200 euros extra because of this, basically ruined parts of the holiday. Should be banned from operating.

I will anyway advice Travellink.dk. To make easy to their customers about the automatic membership, many older customers can't understand such method. And they accept the membership without knowing the condition.

Just before buying the ticket the screen refresed and they increased the price by 40 euros, scam artist do not use
79.99 euros were withdrawn from my account. On what basis was this amount withdrawn? I didn't make any reservations.
It s a scam. That send an e-mail and if if you dont say that you don t want to be a member they make you a member and charge you for 199kr a month.

I was offered a 35-day free trial when booking a flight and hotel, but I cannot find any clear information about the trial duration or terms on their website afterward.
I also did not see any clear disclosure of the €99.99 annual membership fee during the booking process. The charge appeared on my bank account before what I understood to be the end of the trial period.
The payment was taken using my card details from the booking, but I did not knowingly authorize an annual subscription.
I cancelled the membership immediately and requested a refund.
Overall, the process feels unclear and not transparent, especially regarding pricing, trial duration, and billing timing.

In january I bought a trip through TRAVELLINK with INSURANCE. The flight was delayed about 5-6 hours so I had to spend a fortune (300$) on hotel in Copenhagen and food was expensive as well. Now....I was thinking it's just to push a few buttons and everyting would be ok, I never had problems with any insurance company or travel agency before. NOT SO. Instead I was referred to an insurance partner called AXA. When contacting AXA they started to make ALL KINDS of troubles claiming I didnt fulfill conditions IN SMALL TYPING. This was 3-4 months ago. I am still figthing with AXA since TRAVELLINK just iddn't care AT ALL, only referred to AXA. Every time I provide AXA with information that they ask for, they find some other reason not to pay out. But I never lost a case before so I will probably get my money back, but the cost of MY TIME is probably 50 times this payout. So I say, STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELLINK and AXA, both not helpful AT ALL. Scoundrels who are allowed to operate in a grey zone which yet is not regulated by authorities. The fact is that travel companies and insurance companies thrive on uncunning/unwitting customers who don't have the time or wish to read 5000 pages of LITTLE text. Shame on you TRAVELLINK and AXA, a discrace to humanity.
They charged our account for a flight ticket, but we received no confirmation email. However, a few hours later we received an email asking us to “complete your booking,” as if no payment had been made.
This creates a very confusing situation where it appears they expect us to pay for the same ticket again.
There is no clear way to contact customer support—no visible phone number, and the chat function only connects to a bot, which does not resolve the issue.
We are now waiting to see whether we receive either the ticket or a refund. If not resolved within a reasonable time, we will have to escalate the case with our card provider.
Very stressful and disappointing experience.
Update:
We did receive the ticket today. However, the lack of clear communication caused unnecessary uncertainty and stress. Improving communication with customers in situations like this would make a big difference.
I could no reserve seats.
The second problem with the luggage, I could not make reservation it at all. Now I have to wait and try again and it takes time.
It is not nice, usually I do everything on the same time and then it is ready.
I got a seperate email from Ryanair, saying travellink did not have any commercial relationship with them, and than a had to go through a extencive verification proces and pay an additional fee.
Stay far away from this company they billed my mastercard after booking a flight with them. I somehow joined their subscription. Completely deceptive company should be closed down.
