Our experience with travel-noord was excellent. Everything fell in place. The hotel Bull Reina Isabel and our room with sea-view could not be better. All employees were very friendly. Transfers to/from hotel were on time

The experience at village Hotel in Side in Turkey was great.
My friend and I enjoyed the hotel, the food was fantastic en the staff so nice. They were very helpful.
And everything was so clean.
I hope to go there again next year with my husband.
The hotel is not to big but comfy.

The hotel was not worth 5 stars by a long shot!
Very remote, outside the gate there was nothing, so we hired a taxi every day to get somewhere. A lot of extra costs, but compared to the prices in the hotel, the best option.. also concerning diner. It was already a very expensive hotel, so we had high expectations, but it was not worth the money at all..

I flew with corendon and the flight was fine

Good communication and service. There was a need to change the booking in view that there was a switch in airport, but this was well addressed with help from Travelnoord. Whatever question, there is always a quick, polite and helpful answer. Used this travel agency for three years in a row and can only recommend the great service and nice people working there.

Am happy with the hotel it looks exactly as you see it online when booking. I was happy with the upgrade that i got, best hotelroom and view ever, the cleaniness, food, friendly People working there, made my vacation stay even more enjoyable. Grate hotel for everyone it got option for different swimming area for family and adult where only 18+ is around so with this you can be in the hotel and have a relaxed and a quiet day at the swimming pool, without childeren noices. Animationteam the best of the best they are there the for young and adult intertainment the hole day. My room had icermaker which didn't work but ,i called and the reception sendt help very quickly and we got icecubes to use.

On arrival in Turkey the was no bus for us corendon travel agent did not know where the bus was the was a driver trying to help him locate the bus who then turned out to be the driver who was taking us. We set of 15 mins down the road only to turn back he forgot other passengers. A few travellers on the bus was n o t happy with his manner of driving and didn't feel safe.we got out the bus awaited another bus with the manager of corendon trying to sort the problem. We was all very warm and had nothing to drink in the sweltering heat only for the manager to buy himself and his assistant a bottle of water. I was so shocked I asked him how dare he go get himself a drink knowing we was all standing around in the heat not really knowing what was going on. A older man by this time ran over to the shop and came back with drinks for us all. We finally set of. I was very happy with my hotel and holiday and return journey.

Great holiday and the help from Soraya was incredible. It didn't matter if it was advice for the accomodation or help in arranging a rental car. We want to thank Travelnoord and Soraya in particular and i will use their help for a following holiday as well.
