Great service and prices. I use to think that travel agents don't make much sense when we can buy everything online. Jenya at Travelova is an amazing agent that takes the time to listen and understand what your needs are and budget. She arranged an amazing family trip to Mexico for my family that was significantly cheaper than what I found for the same dates and hotel online. Aside from price, every detail was a great match for what we wanted and saved me a ton of time reading reviews, verifying info, and checking prices. Finally, its great working with someone who is local. When I had questions about our trip I didn't have to stay on hold somewhere and wait endlessly.
