Just returned from Land of the Rising Sun tour and it was fabulous. Our tour Director did an amazing job going above and beyond expectation
Japan fulfilled every expectation. So did it's people. Arigatto.

There is no way you could pack this iteniery with a self booked holiday. Be prepared for +20,000 steps a day to get the most from your time. Several stops were quite demanding. If you need a stick or other assistance this tour is not for you.

One gripe is the promised flight with Cathay Pacific was changed to Thai. It was stated that this was "for logistical reasons". This was not true as a number of fellow travellers travelled with Cathay.

Brilliant tour manager but the local guide could have been better. Japan is a wonderful clean country with kind, polite, trustworthy people.

The experience from beginning to end was amazing. We were met at Heathrow by Serena, our guide for the 2 weeks and from the start she was friendly, helpful and her knowledge of South America was outstanding.
The in resort guides and coach drivers were also excellent and the hotels and experiences completed the holiday.
South America was stunning, from mountains, to cities, to waterfalls and the beaches of Rio, the holiday was planned perfectly.
It’s the first time we have been on a guided tour and it was tiring due to the early starts and daily tours, but we got to make the most of every minute, would highly recommend Travelsphere and look forward to doing it all again in another country.

Your rep who met me at Heathrow was a very reassuring start to my holiday. I was travelling with my son who was arriving independently and had been caught in 2 traffic jams and misdirected by google maps. Your rep waited patiently and as hours ticked away he started to make alternative plans in case my son didn’t make it. He finally arrived with 10 minutes to spare. The rep got us booked in, did the baggage drop and got us to passport control. He kept me from becoming an anxious wreck. He gets 5 stars from me.

Great itinerary for the Pompeii archeological tour, choice of hotel in Minori and an excellent guide, Karina made this a very enjoyable holiday.

Apart from an amazing trip to India, which was first class,when due to the Iranian attacks ,our holiday departure plans had to change.
Travelsphere were absolutely amazing .
They sorted out new flights ,extra 3 nights stays in fantastic hotels ,with food included. Taxi service to and from airports. A guide who procured tickets for us,. We didn’t have to do a thing. And no extra charge, with peace of mind.
Definitely a company I will whole heartedly recommend and trust.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful trip to Chilli, Argentina and Brazil which was made all the more special by Simona, who was an exceptional guide. She consistently went above and beyond in every aspect—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely personable throughout.
All excursions and transfers ran seamlessly, and all local guides were superb with expert knowledge on all areas. All of which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.
My only criticism would be that the time spent in Santiago and Buenos Aires felt a little short; an additional day in each would have made the itinerary perfect.
For anyone considering this trip, I would highly recommend opting for the two extra days in Rio—they are absolutely worth it.

Excellent guide(s), good hotel, yummy food.

Travelsphere went above and beyond during our tour of India. Our tour director was very good and the itinerary excellent. Most of all we were very grateful to Travelsphere for making all the arrangements to get 21 of us home after war broke out in Iran and lovely hotel accommodation while we waited.

What a fantastic holiday and unforgettable adventure in South Africa! on 13 February to 5 march 2026. From arriving at Cape Town airport and meeting the rest of our group and Diggie, our wonderful tour guide, everything was perfectly organised from the start.
Throughout our journey, we were amazed by the incredible variety of sights and the sheer beauty of every destination on the tour. Each place offered something unique, and the experiences were truly memorable. The hotels we stayed in were all excellent, with great meals and seamless travel arrangements that made the whole trip enjoyable.
What made our tour especially outstanding was our guide, Diggie. His care, knowledge, and exceptional efficiency ensured everything ran smoothly. He went above and beyond to make the experience special, and his passion truly enhanced our adventure.

Just back from an unforgettable 18-day South America trip—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This was our second time traveling with Travelsphere, and once again they were excellent from booking to return, with great support, smooth organisation, and attentive, friendly staff throughout.

The itinerary was spot-on, with everything we wanted included, and the whole journey was seamless—from being greeted at the airport to having a Tour Director with us every step of the way. The hotels were clean and varied, ranging from simple and authentic to more luxurious, all with good food and helpful staff.

A special mention has to go to our Tour Director, Joseph Pimental, who was outstanding from start to finish and truly made the trip. He was incredibly organised and structured, always keeping us informed about each day’s plans and ensuring nothing was missed. He also had a great personality—he understood the British sense of humour and happily joined in the banter, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

What really set him apart was his dedication. When our flight was delayed, he stayed with us right until the very end to make sure everyone had a way home—something he didn’t have to do, but it showed just how much he cared.

A fantastic, well-organised trip with an exceptional guide—I would highly recommend Travelsphere for a memorable and stress-free travel experience.

We’ve just spent 18 days visiting 4 (and for some of us 5) South American countries. The company's attention to detail in planning the itinerary so we could experience the very best that these countries had to offer was flawless. The most important ingredient in making it the trip of a lifetime was, without question, our experienced and caring tour director. He handled every situation with a professional expertise and conscientiousness that ensured that we could all relax and simply enjoy our time.

Our “Latin Wonders of the World” holiday was truly unforgettable, featuring an incredible itinerary packed with iconic highlights such as Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Iguazú Falls, Christ the Redeemer, and Sugarloaf Mountain. Each destination was breathtaking and made the journey feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The tour itself was very full, with a busy schedule that left limited free time—but this also meant we were able to see and experience an impressive amount in a relatively short period. While a few of the hotels felt slightly below the usual Travelsphere standard, this did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

The group size was larger than we would have preferred; however, it was handled exceptionally well by our outstanding Tour Director, Joseph. His organisation, professionalism, and calm approach ensured everything ran smoothly despite the challenges of managing such a large group.

Joseph truly went above and beyond throughout the trip. Each day, he kept us thoroughly informed about upcoming plans, travel requirements, safety considerations, and even suggestions for making the most of our limited free time. His dedication was especially evident when we missed our connecting flight to Heathrow. Although he was officially off duty, he took it upon himself to ensure every member of the group was taken care of—organising hotel accommodation, transport, and rebooked boarding passes. His commitment and care were nothing short of exceptional.

Despite the size of the group, we were fortunate to travel with a wonderful group of people. There was a real sense of camaraderie, with everyone supporting one another—particularly during the unexpected challenges at the end of the trip.

Ultimately, what made this holiday truly special was Joseph. His passion, dedication, and tireless efforts elevated the entire experience. Quite simply, he is the best Tour Director we could have hoped for.

The South American tour with Travelsphere through Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and ending in Brazil was a truly marvellous tour. The journey was filled with incredible sights, wonderful people, and unforgettable experiences. The warmth of the local communities and the richness of the culture made every destination special. From breathtaking landscapes to vibrant cities, it was an outstanding trip and a memorable experience from beginning to end.
Our tour guide Joe played a major role in making this South American tour such a memorable and rewarding experience. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his guests set a very high standard for tour guiding.

This was an amazing Travelsphere trip covering 5 South American countries. We experienced different cultures, scenery, currency and climates. There were many highlight including visits to Macchu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, La Paz and Moon Valley, Argentinian Tango accompanied by a traditional meal (fab steak!), Christ the Redeemer, a stay on Copacabana beach in Rio and a day visit to the lovely Uruaguay. Our tour was led by the incredible tour director Joseph Pimentel. Ours was a big group (34) and his organisation was impeccable. Joseph ensured that we were fully briefed each day about the next day - times to meet, footwear and clothing (eg rain jacket) to wear, whether to take mosquito repellent / sun cream etc and any other particular details for the day eg : if passports were needed, how to obtain local currency etc. This was done in a clear, concise written way. There were several flights and he ensured we all had boarding passes and were confident about all details of flights. He always ensured the whole group were present when necessary and counted us frequently. He always went the extra mile and ensured that personal queries were fully dealt with providing unlimited support. Eg: he accompanied a member of the party to the doctors and ensured she purchased the correct medication. Joseph was always calm, cheerful, respectful, efficient, positive and efficient. It was evident that a positive experience for all members of the party was paramount to Joseph. He took pains to get to know everyone well. His commitment was clearly demonstrated after he had fulfilled all the requirements as leader of the tour. Our flight from Rio to San Paulo had to be diverted and delayed because of bad weather and as a consequence we missed the connection flight to Heathrow. Luckily Joseph was on the same flight on his way home. He went above and beyond in liaising with airport staff very late at night to ensure we all had accommodation with hotel, food and taxi vouchers as well as revised flight bookings. He has also enquired as to whether all the party eventually got home. This was my 20th holiday with Travelsphere or Just You and I can honestly say he has been the very best tour director especially with the leadership of such a large, diverse group. I hope he gets to manage many more groups for your company in the future. A wonderful holiday , group and travel director. Thank you.

Our journey around South America was fantastic - our visits to iconic sites were very well organised and seamless. The hotels and transport were always high quality. I have nothing but the highest praise for our Tour Director Joseph, who was kind, patient, always very helpful, very well organised and delivered over and above especially when our flights were diverted, ensuring that everyone on the trip was sorted even though he also had a flight to catch. He is an absolute asset to Travel sphere and deserves 5 stars.
