We have had to rebook this vacation 3…

We have had to rebook this vacation 3 times due to hurricanes and our travel agents never let was no about the bad weather until we called her.
After that we had to change flights and that was all screwed up.
Got to the airport last night 2 hours ahead of schedule only to find out our flights were not in the system, had to rebook through another city, only to get to the Bahamas 3 hours later than expected. Once in the Bahamas they could not find our hotel transfers that were supposedly booked and changed with our flights.
Waiting to get to the resort, probably won’t have a room there once we arrive.

I would never use travel impression or our travel agent ever again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them.

To top it all off, the 1st trip that got cancelled, they told us they did not have enough time to rebook our trip, but we were able to book a different trip on our own with no problems in 3 days through Expedia, how does that work?

Ditched our Family in Hawaii

We were directed to contact Travel Impressions if we had trouble on our vacation. The condo we were sent to was not acceptable for many reasons. Contacted TI at 3:00. After 3 hours, 4 calls (two of which were dropped without a return call) we were left to find our own lodging. The first 3 representatives didn't bother to reach out to the condo. By the time of the 4th phone call the condo office was closed. I was told I would receive an update first thing in the morning but meanwhile we would need to cover the first night of the new hotel and that we would receive a refund check. I never received ANY further communication from TI. Once back from vacation I reached out again and was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund because TI had not booked the second hotel for us. They could have very easily picked up the remaining nights on the reservation if they had called back. Ultimately our travel agent went to bat for us and we did receive a partial refund. In short, TI did not help us find lodging, was nonresponsive, did not follow up.

Thieves

This company steals money from the small, family-owned businesses that supply them with customers. If you value the working person and small businesses, you will not give your money to Travel Impressions or their parent company Apple Leisure Group.

i was told by our group scheduling a…

i was told by our group scheduling a cruise to use their "friend" travel agent that pointed us to use this site. DO NOT USE THIS!! I was charged $1701.50 under APPLE VACATIONS TS NEWTON SQUARE PA "P.O. Box 6500 STE 100 Newtown Square PA"

and within the same minute was charged $1119.40 under TRAVEL IMPRESSIONS 631-845-8000 NY
"999 STEWART AVE SUITE 210" "BETHPAGE NY"

They claim everything is was legit, still working with my credit card company to get the double charge refunded.

BEWARE! they charge different amounts from different locations hoping you'll be a moron and pay them.

Very Very Dissatisfied Customer

I'm only rating them 1 star because they don't have 1/2 a star as a choice! Horrible, Horrible, terms and conditions. We purchased the Travel Protection Plus because "They strongly recommend that you purchase" to cover cancellation and change fees. I had an emergency and had to cancel one reservation because my husband could make the trip. Had then transfer the reservation to my sister instead so that we wouldn't lose the reservation, I purchased everything and paid in full since Dec 2024. Don't even bother purchasing the "Travel Protection Plus Plan" so far I'm $339.99 at a loss because according to them this is non-transferable nor refundable. I don't know why they recommend this so-called Travel Protection Plus Plan if its worthless! Very, Very, Very, dissatisfied with their customer service as well. The associate that was taking care of us when I first purchased reservations quit, so we are dealing with someone that has no experience and has to reach out to other parties to answer questions. So unprofessional! Would Highly NOT RECOMMEND this travel AGENCY to anyone!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and unwilling to fix issues. They explain things over and over regardless of your question as though they didn’t listen/read or bother to comprehend. They put everything off onto the airline once booked but because it was booked by a 3rd party you have no control over your flights. They act like they are doing you a favor when it is in fact part of their job as a travel agent. They act as though you are saving money by booking with them you are certainly not.

Horrible Experience with Travel Impressions

We had a terrible experience with Travel Impressions. We booked a trip through them to the Dominican Republic, and when we tried to check into our hotel, they said they couldn't find the reservation in the system. Travel Impressions had us go to another hotel - 45 minutes away, through floods, at night - and we were told they would cover the cost of that hotel. But the Travel Impressions credit card wouldn't go through at the other hotel, so we had to put a $600 hold on our credit card. They have taken no accountability for this, and have given us no compensation. A total scam.

AAA Travel and Travel Impressions…

AAA Travel and Travel Impressions booked hotels with our vacation package that were uninhabitable. Upon arrival at the first hotel, we encountered black mold and a non-working door lock. We discovered a roach infestation and were concerned about inadvertently carrying roaches out with our luggage. With a non-locking door to our room and the health hazards associated with black mold, we could not comfortably stay for even one night. Out in an unsafe area after 10 pm, searching for a safe place to stay, we had no assistance whatsoever from AAA Travel or Travel Impressions. The hotels they chose were not properly vetted, and despite having documented evidence of the room’s condition, we were not refunded a dime. Think twice before booking with them.

Scam artists

Scam artists. Paid $1600 for a trip for my son’s birthday and the Microsoft IT debacle took the airlines down. Two days after that, Delta cancels my flight. Agent on the phone for day of travel did NOTHING to find a resolution but waste my time sitting on hold for 4 hours. Now they refuse refund or credit of any sort because “policy” repeatedly telling me if I had cancelled the day before I would get a credit like I could have predicted the airlines would be non operational for days after a computer issue. There’s the legal aspect and then the moral one. Best believe they have covered themselves legally with the fine print. But morally, given the circumstances I would expect any business that wanted my future business and referrals to TRY to do SOMETHING other than tell me I’m screwed and they are keeping my money.

went on a terrible vacation terrible flight. first off never been on spirit that was just the beginning of this terrible vacation they didnt even offer water. second the travel agent of Travel Impressions completely bold face lied about the itinerary as well as stating the resort was all inclusive which it was NOT. we had brought our grandchildren with us and it was not kid friendly, there was nothing for them to do. the resort was called White Sands Carretera Gorda Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was the absolute worst. As senior citizens I fully believe this travel agency company took advantage of my family and i and this resort was a full scheme! I cant even get my money back it is disgusting. Travel Impressions needs to be fully shut down as a whole!!

I'M BEGGING YOU TO NOT DO IT

I am begging you if you are doing research on a travel company listen up. I'm sounding the alarm DO NOT use Travel Impressions. My client had an emergency and couldn't go to Jamaica and she gets a credit. This year I of to use her credit to book and it only let me use the lodging and made her pay for the air again. I ask to escalate and they laughed, gave me an email, I emailed the person they typed "why are you sending this to me". I go back get the correct email to her no. I go directly to the airline and escalate and they refund my client. We add a 3rd person to this year's trip and not he can't do. I ask to sway out names (so said client gets his money back) they aggressively said NO. I call back to just cancel him and NOW they have literally lost the reservation. They can't cancel him and the originator with the credit issues they can't find even though I have an actually booking with reservation number. I was told after 2 hours to call the airline myself and ask them for the PIN and call them back so they can find the reservation and make the changes. Now I work for them??? TRASHHHHHHHHH CITY. RUN

Terrible Experience with Georgiann Jaworskyj

I worked with Georgiann Jaworskyj. I was very disappointed with her service. It was clear that the expectation was that there would be no changes after the deposit was made. When I called to ask for pricing with some date changes and then switching from double to single occupancy she said she would not pursue unless I wanted to make the changes. Then when I asked for information about renting a scooter for my husband, since he was having some mobility issues, she said I needed to wait until a few weeks before arrival. My husbands health situation required that I make an evaluation of whether we could go and I needed that information to help with the decision. Then when I arrived at the resort for the wedding in which 74 people would be attending I found that many others had issues with Georgiann, as well. Maybe it is travel impressions ‘rules’ that force the inflexibility, but I am truly flummoxed and would never use this organization again.

If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, they would receive -10! 2.5 MONTHS later and I am still waiting for my confirmation on tickets and car rental as well as what is owed to me. I have had the biggest run aound, 13 different phone numbers to call, and was finally told to go into the office to actually get best action. The office they told me to go to was not even close to me and once I got there, I was told they only go by appointments. By this time I was a nervous wreck and in tears and showed him my documents and said you have no idea what I have been through. The agent did come see me and did work on getting this taken care of. She wanted to know why I was there when this other branch was closer? The man told me the other branches didn't have an agent to work with me. This agent, Nina herself, has been given a run around and fighting to get this done now for over a month! As a result of waiting for car rental confirmation, I had to pay another $40. as the car rental went up that much in THREE days! I received documents stating I still owed approx 1k even though it as all been paid in full. When I sent pics of docs to my agent, she said it was showing what was paid, but docs showed, still owe. Received a call from agent saying she will send me updated documents showing PIF. No promise as to when they will be mailed but they are coming. 2 b continued, I am sure.

Do not buy through travel impressions

Do not buy through travel impressions. I lost $4,600 family vacation through them plus money I paid for the insurance. Every agent gave me a different info, everything was a set up just to loose the money. Believe me, any small issues will turn in a nightmare with them……

I booked a trip to the Grand Osias in Mexico and Will never book with them ever again. My resort experience was straight from hell. I don’t think I’ve ever been so miserable. The first issue was The two hour wait to even check into the room . After we checked We noticed that we did not receive the Wi-Fi Nor map of the facility or explanation about how the food and drinks works. We then went to our room where we discovered that there were a lot of issues with the room and damages.My room had broken door, The curtains were dirty and broken, The mini fridge did not work, we were telling you we’re gonna get a ocean view and only got a garden.The food was not good and the drinks were very watered down. We had numerous issues with bathroom and the phone to reach the front desk was not working. The curtains in our room did not fully close so if we were getting dress in the room people could see us from the outside. We had had a mini fridge in both our rooms that did not work at all . Within the first 24 hours we kept going to the front desk and addressing issues and their response was that they could not help us. I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much during a vacation because there were so many issues. when we asked about checking out early they told us that we would lose all of the money that we put into our vacation. Travel Impressions and AAA did nothing about my issues or my stay I lost so much money. Don't Waste your time money or time. It would be better if you booked the hotel yourself.

By far the worst experience of my life

By far the worst experience of my life. They rebooked me on a flight while knowing I had to be checked in 1 hour prior. I had 2 representatives disconnected on me while trying to rebook my flight. What should have been 4 day vacation which I paid roughly $1500 is now a 3 day vacation. I felt like I was robbed. I do not plan on ever using them or recommending Jamie Falkinburg. The minute they get your money you’re on your own. They are the definition of an absolute nightmare.

Paid in full for Cancun wedding

Paid in full for Cancun wedding. 2,000.00 Long story short I had to have emergency surgery on my back and David said it was too late for insurance and he would try to get our money back, never happened. We called resort and they said if we booked thru them we could cancel with full money back up to last minute Travel Impressions will throw u under bus then back up and finish job. Be sure to get insurance from different company, not theirs. Trip was 03/10/22

Do not work with Travel Impressions…

Do not work with Travel Impressions through AAA or through anyone. You will sit on hold forever and they will not assist you with your issues you are having with the hotel. They will not work with you and Janice that I spoke with was very rude. I have been on hold now for 1 hour and a supervisor will not come on the phone or call me back about her conduct. I have never heard of such a thing. What a horrible company!

Do not use this company …

Purchased a Hawaiian vacation through this company...my return flight was canceled by the airline during 2nd leg of the trip in Dalkas. I had to purchased 4 tickets to Atl for $700..90 days later I received a refund from Travel Impressionsfor the 4 canceled tickets for $227. Now Travel Impressions will not respond to calls and messages left. AAA, my travel agency is no help either
