I have been working for Travod for several years. Without exception, all the PMs are helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the "follow the sun" set-up, whereby at least two PMs are assigned to every project, with one in Europe and one on the other side of the Atlantic, so there's someone to help with any queries from early in the morning until late into the evening, UK time. Monthly invoices are pre-populated with all the details, so they simply need checking and approving. I am very happy to be working for Travod.

They send lots of work, the PMs are very nice and they always pay on time.

The platform they used is well-designed and transparent and the payments are always timely. I wish that other translation agencies would be as performant and well organized as Travod.

Travod is highly professional in the very best sense, including having a personal and always friendly attitude. Their online portal, project management and not least their way of handling QA have the best balances for efficiency and efficacy. Communication is great, linguists are free to focus on linguist work only, payment etc. never disappoints. After years with Travod, their staff still amaze me with their positive, constructive and practical approach to any challenge that may come up, for the best possible and fair outcome for everyone. It's a privilege to work and grow with them.

I have been working for Travod for a decade now and they are well-organized and efficient agency. I especially value the software they use, which allows for smooth work. Also, PMs are kind and helpful which is important with diverse projects and different requirements. I also like the fact that the rate is always specified at the job offer. And payment comes on time so I don't have to enquire about it each time. I wish all agencies were like that!

TRAVOD is a very unprofessional company. They dont provide reasonable deadlines, don't try to help you and don't treat you with respect and kindness. No empathy what so ever. They send you a mail with a project and assign it to somebody else. They pay you an extremely low rate. I fully trusted and recommended TRAVOD until I started working there. It is a nighmare working there. A very unprofessional agency. I am a lawyer and a translator with 40 years of experience.

One of the best translation agencies I've worked with over the last decade! Always prompt replies from PMs, excellent support on all technical, linguistic and/or invoicing matters. No delays in payment or invoice processing. I highly recommend them to all fellow linguists out there! Keep up the good work! :)

HR Travod is a wonderful organisation that has very good professionals who are well behaved and rationale in their dealings barring a few about whom I have to caution all fellow translators. Be very strict in accepting or refusing a job in case the job is not very clear in its terms as there are persons who cannot act professionally will deduct your legitimate dues arbitrarily believing novices who have no capacity to judge you.

Nice company, collaborators are friendly

I have been working for Travod for two years as a service provider: it is a company benefitting from global opportunities and open market in EU as regards their team and headquarters, which is rather smart, and normal nowadays and also licit. Their working process on Memsource, embarking and payment procedures are crystal clear. Payments are always on time and I never had to send reminders as it is often the case for other agencies. They are sometimes asking for very urgent projects, but it is up to you to accept it or not. Quick and smooth communication with project managers is always available. In a really objective way, it is a very good outsourcer.
