This is the second time we have used this company and my husband and I are very happy with the specialised service we received . Tim is highly professional and his reports are detailed and precise ! He is also very approachable and is always happy to explain his findings in layman terms . Tracey , Tim’s PA is a lovely lady who goes the extra mile to help . We would highly recommend this wonderful team . We would not use anyone else . Thankyou Tim and Tracy your expertise and kindness is greatly appreciated .

I cant thank Tim and his staff enough for helping me through the complicated process of buying my first home. The office staff were very friendly, and really helped me to understand the process. I was making a large purchase, and tim was so thorough, and even called me afterwards to talk through some of the points raised in the survey.
Such a lovely local business. This is hopefully now my forever home, but i definitely recommend this surveying business to all.

TR Davies' recent survey of our home, prior to purchase, was misleading and factually incorrect. He displayed poor observation skills and lack of professional rigour and left us exposed to financial loss. Despite guidance from RICS about his future conduct, he continues to refuse to accept any culpability, or to offer any compensation.
