I have problems with my internet connection since March–April 2025år.
In July, I spoke with one service representative (a girl-woman) who was very polite and kind.
She gave me 2 months of exemption from paying the bills for the time I lost due to the poor internet ( for may and juni months)
She told me to contact them again after two months if the situation was still bad, and that I would continue to be exempt from paying bills until the internet connection I am paying for is actually fixed. ( and that sounded correct and fair).
Now it is September, and not only that the internet connection is still bad, but I dont have no internet connection at all.
So I called Tre again and asked for another 2 months of exemption from paying the bills, since from April to September it has been almost 6 months that I have been paying invoices while my internet speed is 0.5 Mbps or I have no connection at all. I lost 6 months ( from april till september) and I asked for at least 4 months of exemption from payment and that would be fair.
Unfortunately, this time I spoke with another person, person who refused to listen, and he denied giving me another 2 months, saying that I had already been given 2 months of exemption.
So, I have had no internet connection for 6 months, but I was only exempted from paying bills for 2 months. Does that sound fair?
I have been a Tre customer for 8 years, ever since I came to Sweden. But after today’s conversation and experience with Mr. Merouane, I have thinking that as soon as my subscription ends, to switch to another provider.
Every month I pay 900 SEK to Tre, while struggling with extremely poor internet….and since July I have had no connection at all.
Instead of taking care of me as a loyal customer, Merouane from TRE refuses to even listen to what I am saying.
Thank you, Mr. Merouane – because of you, Tre could lose one customer.
I know that TRE are a big company, and one customer more or less doesn’t mean much to you. But that is the wrong way of thinking… every customer should matter, especially one who has been loyal and with you for 8-9 years.
With this comment, I want to give the opportunity for someone with authority in TRE to contact me and try to correct the mistake, to apologize for the behavior of Mr. Merouane, to compensate me for the losses I have incurred, and to finally provide me with a proper internet connection, as I am still without one, otherwise… I will file a complaint with ARN, attaching all evidence of poor internet service, and I will demand a refund for all the 6-7-8 invoices I have paid during the last 6-7-8 months when I had bad internet connection or no internet at all. I will claim compensation for the losses I have experienced and terminate all cooperation with you immediately even i have subscription till 2027år. Its up to you.

this company that im not even a client from, tired to take 2300 euros from my bank account somehow. luckily I didn't had that amount so they only took 700 euros. somehow they logged into my account and took the money without my consent. this is a very serous offence and lack of security. ive opened a fraud process wit my bank. I need to talk to customer service so they can show me the invoice that justify this purchase, which again I didn't do . !!!

They didn’t send the invoice, charged me late fees unfairly as a foreigner paying via bank transfer. Not acceptable.

3 is a great network provider especially for someone like me who is an active traveller. With 3World have made lots of savings along with convenience of traveling without roaming charges.

Be very careful when making a purchase from Tre, they have been taking an additional 100 SEK for more than two years.
And now also they promised to give me an internet subscription for 299 SEK, but they invoice 399 SEK.
I don't appreciate the dishonesty of this company.

They are the worst I was going to move my number from 3tre to Telenor. It was planned from 3 months ago my contract also was going to finished on that they. I cancelled more than 1 month ago the subscription with them. So my number was moved from them to Telenor. Every employee saying different things one told me that I have my last invoice and that's done another told me I need to pay for 1 month notice even if I cancelled with them more than one month ago. I told i am not gonna pay for their employeed mistake but they still told me I need to pay that. They are very bad customer service also the broadband on mobile was very bad always 1 line. The Worst! SCAM! THEY WANT JUST TAKE EXTRA MONEY! STAY AWAY! My wife was from many years in Telenor never had a problem and if something happened they give her back money for their mistake not like here in tre 3 . IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY!
